Order: Late night app order. Modified Garden Cobb (extra egg, blackened chicken, chickpeas, remove blue cheese) + crispy onions (delicious, but questionable on this salad)
Food: Delicious. Leafy greens were crisp and green, the sweet potatoes were tasty, and the chicken was of good texture and taste. Presentation was excellent.
Service: Late night means I didn’t get to see service in full swing, but the employees seemed nice, and did a good job making the food. I thanked an employee for doing a good job on my salad, because I was really looking forward to it, generally. No issues here, to my knowledge.
Atmosphere: I generally dislike the interior design of Sweetgreen locations, and this was that. All indoor seating also runs parallel to the ordering line, greatly restricting privacy. There is outdoor seating, though, for those who would prefer that (me).

Overall ok ish experience. The food itself tasted mostly fine. I ordered half greens half rice as my base and I would say the ratio was more like 95% greens 5% rice. I also got steak in my bowl which honestly was really bad. It was extremely overcooked and dry, not to mention the fact that it was pretty expensive and there were only a few pieces. Also ordered bread with both bowls in my order and only got 1 piece. My last and biggest issue is that there was a hair in my food.

Finally! We have a sweetgreen. Perfect sized portion for a reasonable price! Hot and fresh ingredients. The rice and quinoa is cooked just right and the greens are fresh and crispy. The workers are willing to provide suggestions on popular and favorite dishes. Made quick and to-order.
Not much indoor seating but not a big issue. The to go containers are eco friendly! Will return for sure!

They get a solid 2 stars, food is always good but seems like they are being cheap on their servings. Staff are too busy joking around and smirking the whole time. Staff seem untrained and management is lacking. Shame

One of my favorite fast food restaurants. No matter what I get, I love it. They have great seasonal menus as well. Fast pick up when you order on the app. I love that they are open until 10 during the week. It’s great if you need something quick and it’s late and you don’t want greasy fast food. You can’t go wrong with the Harvest Bowl. Love it.

I hate ordering because I always feel bad since everyone seems to really dislike their job. It’s good food but almost not worth going because of how angry everyone seems who works there.

I’ve been to many health food stores, but this one truly stands out! The selection is fantastic—everything from organic produce and natural supplements to specialty items like gluten-free snacks and plant-based products. The staff is knowledgeable, helpful, and always ready to offer great suggestions. It’s clear they care about quality and customer well-being. A real gem for anyone trying to live a healthier lifestyle. Highly recommended!
