My daughter and I went here for lunch around 130 pm so we are fortunate not to have to wait in line long. It’s a very popular place so often lines are long to order food. It’s one of her favorite places but I have only been here a few times. We love that that have organic food and source locally. We were very happy to see they use Stickney Hill goat cheese which is our favorite goat cheese ( also known as the Humble Goat brand) from Minnesota! The line to order behind us got long fast and there was only one person creating the made to order meals. They eventually got one more person to help. I was happy to see they had Kombucha to drink which isn’t normal at places yet.
I have the Etole bowl which is pictured. It was delicious and the portions are huge so I recommend sharing if you aren’t able to bring home leftovers. I had to throw 1/2 out because it would have gone bad sitting in the hot car while we shopped.I also provided a pic of the list of the locally sourced ingredients. They don’t have a ton of seating, the patio ( which is their largest area ) was full as were the few inside the restaurant so we sat at tables in Galleria. Parking is available in the Galleria lot which is often packed but they also have parking underneath the Galleria. I read they have e-car charging as well underneath. I am not vegan but they appear to have several vegan options. Organic is important to me so I was thrilled to see all the organic ingredients .

I ordered the same meal, hit reorder in the app, three days this week… It is always a surprise when I open the top. Zero consistency on order accuracy and portion size. Some days it is amazing, others it is not. I learned that sweetgreen lunch roulette on a 7 day stretch is not my ideal way to start a 10-hr shift. So, if you want consistency, avoid ordering take out.

Grabbed a salad as a late night dinner. I’ve never been here before, just Googled keto option near me and this place came up. I had the a modified steak Caesar salad. (Subbed the Caesar dressing for the ranch & the lime cilantro jalapeno dressing; and switched the tomatoes for cucumber). I had the dressing mixed in instead of on the side.
This was the most delicious thing I’ve put in my mouth in a long time!! If I lived closer I’d eat this nearly every day!!! 10/10

Ordered 3 salads online for pickup, one salad that was ordered with dressing on the side did NOT come with the dressing, bread was not with the order either. And for a takeout order utensils and napkins are expected. For the price and the area nothing less then perfection is expected. Highly disappointed

I will continue to come here as I love the food and the sourcing, but the staff is rude. I felt uncomfortable ordering as I was a burden to be there wanting to order food. Very little interaction and rushed. Also, the rest room was a mess

Our market research vendor ordered from here for our lunch. I’ve had Sweetgreen many times, but I was underwhelmed this time around. The portion was small, portions of the avocado were brown, and the rice was dry. I did get a bowl with a few things removed, so I’m glad they honored that. I just was not impressed with this meal.

This location is in the Galleria, but is definitely not Galleria worthy. The food good, but not a good value for how basic it is. I liked it when it opened, but it has declined.
The wall in the seating area is very dirty – like a lot has been splashed on it and it has not been wiped down for at least a month. The bathroom was also gross – dirty with several things that were not functioning, including a soap dispenser hanging off the wall. The condition of the visible area does not inspire confidence that the food prep area is clean.

My overall experience was positive however the prices are wayyyy too high for what it’s worth.
I like the build your own bowl option and I put in a ton of veggies and plan protein in mine. Their focaccia was very ordinary, cold and dried out and hard to even bite into – super bummed because I was really looking forward to it. The positives were that the vegetables were fresh, and the grilled tofu was great.
I paid 16 usd for my bowl, pictured here with the dressing on the side. A few of my colleagues’ bowls are also included. All in all, it’s healthy and fresh but I don’t know that I’d come here just because of that. I can eat healthy and fresh food like this at my own work place for much less than half this price. Or even buy some vegetables and put it together myself. I haven’t been to restaurants similar to this, so cannot compare price points to competition but to me this is still very pricey.
But, if you do decide to come here I think you’ll like the bowls and salads that they have to offer. I’d suggest to not pay the 2.5 usd for the focaccia.

I rarely give 1 stars, but This location is terrible. I usually go to the one in north loop although this one is the closest to me. I placed an order on their app for delivery. The salad came delivered with NO chicken. My main protein was missing and I was confused. I tried everything to reach them out, their texting system nobody replied for hours. I was fasting all day long and this was my o my meal and It had no protein. I took pictures and videos to show to their customer service but nobody ever came back to me and replied to the text. So Iam stuck with a vegetarian bowl that cost me 16$. I finally reached out to their automated services and there is no option for my current need. They gave me a 5 $ credit which to me is insulting. I just want my bowl as I ordered it. Either you send me a new bowl prepared correctly because I paid for the whole thing, or you refund me the bowl so I can replace the correct order. I am just so mad right now!
