Love coming here and this was my first time ordering the “Garlic Parm Cauli” with chicken and medium dressing. It was amazing and would highly get it again!
The people there were helpful with describing how it tasted to what ingredients are in it that are “Gluten-Free” so that way it was safe for me.

great place for being on campus and super busy, personally my miso salmon was just a bit too cold for my liking but im not sure if that’s how it’s served or if it was just cold. but i love the salmon bowl, personally my favorite and the employees r super nice

The food is incredibly underwhelming. My wife had already taken a couple of bites (and I mean just a couple…). Look through the photos already posted. Charging $18 for 5 florets of broccoli and a tablespoon of overcooked fish is just not up to the standard we expect from Hildale. There are tons of better options close by, Forage included. Forage is faster, more food, higher quality, more friendly, and consistently good for a better price. Very very disappointed in Sweet Green. I hope the rest of the Hildale expansion draws better restaurants….

I ordered delivery having never eaten here in hopes a healthy lunch option. What I received was disgusting. A small piece of overcooked, fishy salmon that looks like it was microwaved. The presentation is horrible. I’m letting the fact that it’s cold go considering it was delivered from 6 miles away. This is not what I would expect from a $29 lunch that will go directly into the trash.

I used to absolutely love Sweetgreen when it first opened—fresh, vibrant salads, great vibes, and everything felt clean and high-quality. Unfortunately, that’s no longer the case. Lately, the food just doesn’t taste the same, and the experience feels… off. I always end up paying a different amount every time I go, which is frustrating and makes it hard to trust the ordering process.
The last straw for me was last year when I had to stop going entirely. I was eating when a centipede nearly ran across my foot mid-meal—completely grossed me out, and I couldn’t shake it. After that, it was impossible to enjoy coming back, no matter how good the food used to be.

Seriously underwhelming. We watched a You Tube video from Bobby Parrish who highly recommended it so went. The fries were not crispy and just tasted off, although the aoili and sweet potato were delicious As others mentioned our bowls felt like we were eating grain and little else. A few pieces broccoli and chicken. WAY to expensive for that. For 2 bowls, 2 fries and one other thing, was a total wastes. If it was a total of $15, maybe justifiable. It was way more than that. Service was not very welcoming or friendly. We almost felt a bother so we said nothing.

Whenever I have a poor experience at a restaurant, I always first and foremost go to the reviews. Glad I’m not the only one that I experienced what I experienced at this particular sweetgreen, in which they UNDERSERVE your meals. Even when you call them out on it, it won’t matter. Shrink-flation is a real thing and it is such a slap in the face to the consumer. Paying almost $20 while being served baby portions of certain food items is just incomprehensible and repulsive. DO NOT COME TO THIS LOCATION.

First time ordering fastest delivery via DoorDash. The bowl was very large enough for two people and very fresh and tasty. Feeling lucky to have Sweetgreen in Madison downtown. There are not many healthy options out there. This is perfect!

I’ve tried to personally order here two times in two weeks. The first time the delivery person put the package in a obscure area on the 1st floor far from the front door and through several other doors and in a stair well. We are on the 3rd floor.
Today I tried ordering 5x on the website and it auto refunded me with no info or error message. I tried the chat bot which was useless and then it connected me with Kath who did not reply to my questions and then sent a page of instructions for ordering on the website and troubleshooting it.
