The bowls are are decent, especially if you need to sub any items. But the staff, depending on when you go, definitely need some better food handling training. The room was empty aside from me so not very busy, the food station was a complete mess, even as my bowl was being made things were dropping into other food and all over the counter, nuts dropping onto the other toppings. The two I saw working after I sat to eat (at the only clean spot) made no effort to wipe anything in between people, at one point one was on their phone. I would NOT recommend eating here if you have a nut allergy the way I saw them tossed across everything else. I’ve been here numerous times, but this was the worst I’ve seen.

I ordered at chicken protein max bowl online which was $22+ for just the bowl. The order auto-completed before I could edit the pickup time for an hour later than the time I ordered. I instantly hit edit and chatted with the robot to change time and they said I had to cancel and re-order. I said to cancel and then they said it was too late to cancel (literally less than a minute after it was placed). I then called the store and the voicemail said “the restaurant is closed because of a holiday” and gave no option to talk to a human. The restaurant was not closed and it was not a holiday. For over $22 for one dish, I would expect a much better customer service experience. The food itself was good, not great, especially for the price.

I’m about 10 salads in and my experience so far has been excellent. No missing food items on my custom orders, filled dressing containers, and good taste.
I’ve only had to wait past my pickup time once, and at the time it was very busy with only two workers fielding many orders at once. They apologized for the wait promptly filled the order when they asked for my order name.
There have been a couple of times when the lettuce wasn’t the freshest, but I don’t expect it to always be. They have a lot of produce, and I know it can’t be perfect each time.
Overall, I’ve had an excellent experience and will continue to order here.

We went to Sweetgreen on Labor Day. The store was busy and we were able to place our order right away. I created my salad and it was good. I wasn’t aware of the pricing because a friend paid for mine. She realized later that she was over charged. She reached out to the company and they gave her a refund through the app. Two salads and two drinks were over $30.

We like this place and are new go-to for bowls. Their bread crumbs can be molar breakers and they come as part of their “design bowls” so avoid adding them. Prices are okay but still a bit on the high side. Their staff are okay and better than Chipotle drones.

I’ve tried this place a few times, it’s been a little hit and miss for me because some of the items are seasonal or limited time, and those are usually the items I enjoy but then they disappear after a while lol
Overall my experiences here have been pretty positive. I like that there are a lot of contrasting flavors in one bowl, it’s always like fireworks going off in your mouth just a bunch of flavor explosions. And the flavors are always deep rich and satisfying.
I ordered a modified salmon bowl, I added mushrooms and sweet potatoes. The bowl I was given looks like a work of art! They are beautifully assembled. I appreciate these being customizable and that there are a lot of add-ins to choose from.
The pieces of salmon are a lot bigger then the ones over at fresh fin. And you get more in your bowl for the price compared to fresh fin. However, freshfin did have the better tasting piece of salmon, it was more tender and juicy. Sweetgreen salmon is a little bit more dryer and fishy tasting.
The salmon might be hit-and-miss depending on the day and the cook. I would have to try it a few more times before determining if they can get their salmon to taste the way that fresh fin makes them. Based on price and selection of add-ins, sweetgreen is the better deal!

I normally love SweetGreens but the past 2 times I’ve had it the amount of dressing or sauce is dismal. I added an image of my dressing fresh out of the bag, filling a 2 oz cup less than half is unacceptable and now it’s becoming a trend.

Nothing screwed up or skimped on my salad during my most recent visit.
Good food… But always something screwed up.
11 visits since 08/2023 and almost every visit they’ll skimp on something or screw something up.
Most recently my child’s meal had basically crumbs for the chips it’s supposed to come with.
