The last 3 times we have ordered from this location, they have messed up our order. This time, we didn’t get our sauces, no sweet potatoes in the caramelized garlic steak, no quinoa substitute that was ordered, no chicpeas, and then they forgot the added salmon in the hot honey chicken meal we got (that we paid extra for). The bowls weren’t even full like they usually are, overpriced garbage. It’s a shame because we love sweet green, just not the downtown location.
This location is the worst sweetgreen we have been too. We have been trying to call the store, but we just get AI and hung up on.

I go here multiple times a week to grab a quick lunch. The service is perfect and the store very clean. The food is always fresh and properly prepared. The manager (LC?) is fantastic. Always warm and friendly to the customers. And she obviously runs a tight ship keeping everything moving. I highly recommend.

Was SOOO excited to try this place while we were in town and it exceeded our expectations! Not only was the atmosphere light and bright, the staff was super helpful as we browsed the menu. Most importantly, the food was DELICIOUS! I had the Miso Glazed Salmon protein plate and the flavors and portion sizes were incredible. My daughter did a build your own bowl with salmon and hers was even bigger and still so tasty. 10/10 experience for sure. Wish there was one in Missouri!!!

i got a no meat salad pretty plan honestly but i went to try their ranch for the first time since it looked different, that was my mistake after the first couple bites i started to not feel good. I’ve come to terms the only thing i have never had that i got was their ranch and it made me so sick it’s disgusting. BUT besides that the workers are amazing! the place was amazing all around and made my group feel welcomed.

Came after high regards from my friends and boyfriend. I kind of expected it to have the same vibe as Hummus Republic and I’m glad it wasn’t (no real shade to them). I’m impressed by the complexity of their menu and can see myself trying multiple salads.
I got the Chicken Pesto, the nice girl making it suggested a small drizzle of Green Goddess Ranch in addition to the hot sauce and pesto vinaigrette it comes with. I was so surprised at the layers of flavor in that bowl! Going by the other comments, I feel biased toward only eating here if I see that girl..she was so friendly and clearly had a decent palate. We both agreed it could use a little more spice but it was still good.
I’m not a fan of that lemonade unfortunately..it tasted not in the slightest bit sweet and definitely not maple lol.

I made the honest mistake of ordering my bowl at a different location and did not realize it until I headed to pick it up. While the online support for Sweetgreen was completely unprofessional and unwilling to accommodate the mistake with not giving me a refund or cancelling the order which I am very baffled and disappointed by, the manager at the location I meant to order from, LC went above and beyond and replaced my order with no hesitation. I am so grateful for the service she provided and how quick she was in correcting my mistake by understanding and showing compassion. The ONLY reason why I’d ever consider eating at Sweetgreen again is because of LC at the downtown Indy location. I truly appreciate her promptness and understanding she made my today! Thank you, LC!

Where is the manager? There’s music playing over the speakers— great. But then someone in the kitchen (part of which is visible/open to the dining area) is playing different music very loudly. Really distracting/annoying/un-professional. Makes you wonder how things are run in the back where the food is made. Like a bunch of kids running a restaurant…

I visited after a lunch rush so the place was rather empty, but was perfect to find street parking out front which was ideal on a rainy day. Food options are quite plenty to mix and build your own perfect meal. I went for the warm fish taco bowl, but added extra avocado and swapped the lime jalapeño dressing and hot sauce for the amazing flavor-kicking spicy cashew dressing. The rep was friendly, informative, and made suggestions when asked. Always appreciated. The bowl was definitely filling mostly on the base arugula and cilantro, but there was enough mixed in with quinoa, tortilla chips, cabage, avocado and fish to mix. I was offered a slice a bread, but opted to purchase the rosemary focaccia bread, which was fluffy soft but could use some butter or oil or even to be warmed. Other than that, everything was great! I literally just recommended this place to a friend and will definitely keep on my list for healthy downtown lunch options. There is a parking garage nearby, but street parking is all around if you don’t mind a short walk.

This is what they gave me today for the chicken avocado ranch bowl. Sweetgreen should actually be embarrassed by this. These are $15 salads and the workers here never fill up the bowls all the way. Not to mention this one didn’t even have the tortilla chips like it’s supposed to. They’ve forgotten ingredients multiple times when ordering carry out and we’ve had to go back to have them fix it. We have to check our salad before we leave every time just to make sure they didn’t forget anything. And when you let the workers know, they get annoyed and act like you’re the problem. This might be the worst sweetgreen location in the country. Listen to the reviews, save your money and don’t come here.
