I always read reviews before ordering so I was very skeptical to order because this location did not have good reviews especially on Uber eats. I always order through Uber eats so I almost didn’t order, but I’m happy I did. Clearly the owner took the reviews into consideration because my order was perfect, not skimpy like a lot of the other reviewers experienced. Well done!
EDIT: I ordered a second time based on my first review and the second pic is what I received . VERY DISAPPOINTED. After moving the piece of bread over, I’m left with half a bowl including tiny shreds of broccoli as a side?? Must be a specific employee that needs retraining . I will not be ordering again for this inconsistency

No roasted chicken at 1:00 pm, and blackened chicken enough for one bowl. (party of two) Food is delicious but is unbelievable that you run out of protein by lunch…? Now i understand this is a place yo eat what is left rather than the options of the menu.

Ordered via delivery app. Got a half plate of sad looking food. I’ve heard so many good things about Sweetgreen that I didn’t feel I needed to look at the reviews for the location. I was wrong!
This was a $21 bowl on the app and I paid extra for those few little onions you see. Avoid this location.

I love this place, I usually love eating there but today I decided to order through Uber Eats. This is how my side of sweet potatoes arrived. It looks like they put whatever they had left, this is so bad, specially coming from a good place like that.

I’ve worked in the hospitality industry and understand that some times is just a bad day but I have never experienced such poor customer service as I did at this Sweetgreen location. The store was completely empty when I walked in only one cashier and one attendant were working. The cashier disappeared into the kitchen, while the attendant finished an order and then started making online orders right in front of me without even acknowledging my presence. No eye contact, no “I’ll be right with you” nothing.
I patiently waited, thinking maybe she just needed a minute. But instead, she continued preparing multiple online orders, placed them on the shelf, then began cleaning the counter and going in and out of the kitchen still ignoring me standing right there. Eventually, I had to speak up and ask when she’d be able to take my order. She looked confused, then called the cashier out. The cashier simply said “excuse me, excuse me” (I assume to apologize) and told me they only had chicken and one other protein available. That’s something I should have been told as soon as I walked in, not after wasting so much time waiting.
By then I was frustrated and asked why they let me stand there so long. I left without ordering, only to have the attendant chase after me saying they could “do it now.” Too late. I ended up calling my wife to let her know she wouldn’t be getting her Sweetgreen bowl today, and went to order at your competitor a few blocks away instead.

Great spot for a fast salad. Lots of fresh vegetable options and proteins. Try the Harvest Bowl or the Hot Honey Chicken plate! They have indoor and outdoor seating. Friendly restaurant staff.
