Great place for healthy meal options and amazing salads. Will definitely be going here again. Love! This Birkdale location has a kiosk ordering style, you pick up from their window when they call your name, and just eat on the outdoor patio.

1st visit:
Came up with my friend who also wanted to try Sweetgreen, I have a thing for healthy food options and she’s a doctor so it made sense to eat here.
I don’t want to forget to mention that the staff is helpful & friendly.
My friend & I ordered the Crispy Rice Bowl but she asked for the green goddess dressing. I went with what would come with the bowl.
The first thing I thought with my initial bite was how the dressing should be a creamy consistency with what’s in this bowl. I also think while it looks like in the pic that there was chicken, it lacked enough. The small bits of chicken was only at the surface. And also the fries were too dry. Being our first visit, I felt like maybe something was off so I googled what they should be like if done right & the AI response was that the outside should be crispy golden brown exterior and a light fluffy interior. These were definitely not like that.
I did reach out to the Sweetgreen customer service and they were awesome! Offering a credit for my next visit. I downloaded the app & from now on, I’ll be earning rewards with each order. I really appreciate the prompt & outstanding customer service! Makes me want to visit again.
I’ll be back to try more off their menu.

I have came to this location before, but jeeez has the quality dropped in such a short time. First my bowl was not even filled out. I paid 15 dollars for the bowl and received no chicken I was missing a couple of key ingredients from my bowl. I will not be coming back to this location again. Do better sweetgreen.

Ordered fish tacos and side of roasted sweet potatoes. Sweet potato order was a measly portion of what seems to be leftovers from somebody else dish. Fish Taco was actually a salad with a side of salmon. Why would you call this a fish taco?? Call it what it is. Will never order here again

We had a great experience. We love their spicy cashew dressing. The chicken is almost like a rotisserie chicken which we like. Worked quickly go to get us our bowl and portions were good. I didn’t feel like I got ripped off for the price. Will definitely be returning for pickup in the future.

The cashier struggled heavily while 10 other people watched.
Both meals turned out to be almost $50 which is insanely overpriced for the portion/quality of the meal.
Definitely spend your money somewhere else on a “healthy bowl”

I was excited to try a new healthy, seed oil-free place, but I was disappointed. I’ve been twice and the food never tastes fresh. On my most recent bowl my rice was so hard and dry it was inedible. I expect more when I’m paying $20+ for a meal.

I visited Sweetgreen for the first time after they opened a new location nearby and offered a first-time visitor discount. I ordered through the app for dinner, which was easy to use. I was especially excited about the variety of clean, healthy options that work with my diet.
This location isn’t dine-in, but the space was modern and spotless. Even during dinner hours, the kitchen area was impressively clean and well-organized, which I really appreciated as a diner. I opted for one of their pre-designed bowls rather than building my own, and I’m so glad I did, the combination of flavors was incredibly tasty and balanced.
I’ll absolutely be back. It’s the kind of spot that makes eating healthy feel easy and satisfying.

I had the chicken avocado ranch bowl exactly as listed. I felt like the chicken was underdone, a bit spongy. With the rice being quite warm when put in, the greens were very wilted too. Just was not that good.
