I had such a wonderful experience at Sweetgreen – Tysons, thanks to Gabriela and Estela! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with genuine warmth and friendly smiles. While I waited for my salad to be prepared by the awesome automated workflow, I realized I had forgotten a couple of things — which gave me the pleasure of chatting with them both. They were absolutely delightful: thoughtful, kind, and fully present in every interaction.
As I sat and enjoyed my (awesome!) salad, I couldn’t help but notice their careful attention to every customer. They greeted each person who walked in, patiently helped guests navigating the kiosks, and efficiently served salads as they were ready. In between all that, they were cleaning, tidying, and even tending to the monstrous automated salad machine without missing a beat.
It was truly a great all-around experience. Gabriela and Estela represent the very best of customer service — warm, attentive, and professional. Great work, ladies! I will definitely be back.

I’m honestly stunned that my total came out to $21 for a single bowl. I don’t mind paying for quality, but this was a complete waste of money.
The food quality was abysmal. My rice was refrigerator-cold, and the steak was just as chilled. There is nothing worse than chewing through cold, unseasoned beef fat. The entire meal was incredibly bland and tasteless, as if they forgot to use a single grain of salt or any actual seasoning in the kitchen.
It feels like you’re paying a premium just for the packaging. Save your $21 and go literally anywhere else—you’ll get a warmer meal and better flavor for half the price
