Successful businesses understand consistency, and this location is consistency amazing at forgetting parts of orders. At least four out of every five meals I’ve ordered from this location specifically are missing ingredients. Multiple ingredients. Sweetgreen has several locations that don’t consistently screw up, so one of those. This place is a joke. Also be warned that a side of bread could be a little nubbins that’s barely fit for a duck.

$15 for a side salad portion. I don’t know what happened to sweetgreen they used to have warm proteins, good portions and great customer service. The harvest bowl I got was incredibly disappointing it cost near $15 and was not even close to filling the bowl. P.S the harvest bowl has apple slices in it too. $5 to whoever can find the apple slices in the picture. (There is none)

This location is convenient rather than going to Pike n Rose. Plenty of parking spaces. Friendly staff. When it was slow, the staff were in the back (kitchen) prepping. There was a mini lunch rush and the staff all worked together to clear it out. Great teamwork! This restaurant was clean. Open concept with lots of windows to let the sun beam inside for warmth. I was comfortable. Healthy options to choose from. I created my own salad and ate it all without feeling bloated. It was delicious. Thank you!

Very disappointed in the price increase and the lack of appropriate portion sizes. Their bowl is even smaller than it used to be and the staff don’t even bother to fill the ingredients to the “line”. For almost $15 for a salad, this is very disappointing, not to mention that they often run out of ingredients especially bread. Why do they choose not to stock enough bread for the entire day? I’ve been a long time sweetgreen customer and have watched the customer service and quality decline significantly over the past couple of years.

First time trying Sweetgreen over the weekend and I would absolutely go back. I ordered the hummus crunch salad and added roasted sesame tofu. It was so fresh, flavorful, and delicious. Their pesto vinaigrette is a perfect dressing, too. My herbal tea was tasty – I would order the exact same dish and drink all over again! The staff members who helped us were very friendly and happy to answer any questions as well as give suggestions on what to choose (so many options!). I especially love all the environmentally friendly efforts that this business promotes.

The food is good, but one of the tines of my fork broke off. I searched and searched but could not find it in my bowl, so I assume I must have swallowed it.

While I admire Sweetgreen’s sustainability goals, I have to assume that the compostable plastic forks used are not as sturdy as regular plastic forks. Given the elevated prices of the food here compared to similar fast-casual places, I would strongly recommend using real metal forks and washing them, which satisfy both sustainability considerations as well as the practical necessity of utensils which don’t disintegrate during normal use.

A really convenient location! The food was great, pictured are the chicken teriyaki bowl (above) and the harvest bowl (below). The worker Josephina was super helpful recommending me her favorite bowl and customizing our order. Overall atmosphere of the sweetgreen was great. Would definitely come back again.

I went on a Wednesday, early evening, and there was no line. Plenty of seating inside. The employee named Josephina was very helpful – she gave me recommendations for a salad to order, offered to put the hot sauce on the side, and helped me customize my salad. I had a very enjoyable experience and look forward to coming again
Note: the cell service inside is very bad, although there is store wifi

I ordered through DoorDash. I asked for Blackened Chicken and the gave me tofu. I also found a weird looking BUG in the salad. I tried calling the restaurant but there’s no way to speak to a live person.
