After waiting several minutes without anyone acknowledging me, I finally placed my order. Only then was I told that the chicken I wanted was unavailable and would take another 20 minutes. The steak was offered instead, so I agreed thinking it was better than nothing.
However, I was then charged more for the steak, even though it was suggested as the only available alternative. That was disappointing, since the change was not my choice.
I also asked for heavy dressing, but the request was ignored. It felt like the employee was more focused on finishing quickly and moving on rather than paying attention to the customer.
I really like Sweetgreen and the food quality is usually great, but the service this time was disappointing. Considering the prices and the brand’s reputation, I would expect more attentive and professional customer service.

They do not know what they’re doing..
It looks delicious, but the moment you eat it, it’s unbearably salty—you’ll suffer all day. They give you too much sauce to fill half the bowl, so the vegetables get pickled instantly, and so does my health. Definitely unhealthy!

I don’t understand whoever prepares the takeout food orders not see that the avocado is fully rotten before they place with the rest of the food. How does sweet green think this is expectable food service to provide to their customers with the amount they charge never coming back. Just because I order out does not mean I shouldn’t get the same quality food if I pay the same. Do not order online from this place.

This is a build your own salad restaurant. They also have a menu in case you are undecided. You get to choose your own dressing at the end as well. The price is fair considering the neighborhood. The salad was great , i had the kale salad with chicken. It was good. There is curb side parking also right in front

Been coming to this location for several years now. I love love love sweetgreen and will forever stand a big fan of the harvest bowl.
I usually do pickup orders from this location but I have on occasion eaten in.
Pickup is great and always ready on time or early. But the downer is that parking and picking up at Pike & Rose is difficult if you’re alone. There is limited street parking and I prefer to just run and grab it but sometimes the parking situation can add a lot of time.

Really struggling to find somewhere with simple healthy food, so pleased to find this place. Could do with a few more plain options as all the meats are pre seasoned, if these were not, you could flavour it to your taste or non as my 9 year old prefers hahah.
Lost a star as super pricey. And also all restaurants here do because of only providing wasteful takeout boxes and cutlery.

Found an almost dead lantern bug in my guacamole greens salad that I had delivered to my job for dinner. Disgusting and unacceptable! For the prices we pay you would think quality control would be in place. I’m glad I didn’t inadvertently ingest the bug. Do better!

I’ve been trying to find a place that has great healthy tasty food and this place is it. Great selection and when you order online it’s quick and headache free. Great quality ingredients. Please note I have not had an issue with my online order as you nay have with other establishments.

Stopped by Sweetgreen at Pike & Rose and tried the Caramelized Garlic Steak plate. Overall, the food tasted great — the steak was tender, the veggies were fresh, and everything had good flavor. Service was quick and the staff was friendly, no complaints there.
That said, $26 felt pretty steep for what it was. I get that you’re paying for quality ingredients, but at that price point, you start thinking about what else you could get around here for the same money. Tasty, but definitely more of an occasional splurge than a regular lunch spot for me.

Overall rating of 4.3, Was met with a very unenthusiastic personality, besides that and the less than stellar amount of chicken in the salad there are no complaints. Alya and I both got the Kale Caesar, we thoroughly enjoyed our meals and were able to dispose of everything in a communal compost bin! The restaurant has a casual atmosphere with a very laid-back feeling.
