I stopped by the Georgetown Sweetgreen on a Saturday morning and was genuinely impressed by how amazing this team is. Everyone was upbeat, professional, and clearly cared about creating a positive experience for every guest. Despite the morning rush, the service was fast, friendly, and full of energy.
The restaurant was spotless, the ingredients were fresh, and every salad was prepared with care. You can tell this team takes real pride in their work — the kind of atmosphere that makes people want to come back again and again.

Food is good. Healthy. Tasty too. You can make your own rice bowls here. The food is locally sourced, clean, green and environmentally friendly stuff. That’s all great. I would recommend this chain. Only issue is it’s damn expensive. I mean a normal person can’t afford this daily. My Whole point about this place is, a chain which cares about society should be affordable too.

Excellent salads. Their homemade Minty Peach Fresca drink was amazing. We had the Summer Corn Bowl and the Green Goddess Avocado Salad. All was delicious! Can’t wait to come back.

Ordered Delivery. In the order was a shroomami and a harvest bowl. The Shroomami was missing miso dressing, mushrooms, and cucumbers. It contained 1 single piece of tofu, maybe 3-4 pieces of cabbage, and 8 to 10 individual pieces of brown rice.
The Harvest ball was about half empty.
We order from this location 1-2x a month. This is unexpected and unacceptable.
When trying to contact the store, we can only listen to a robo answering service which directed us to the website. At the website, there is only an AI agent to speak with who was unable to help.

I have been a long time fan if this place. Food is always good and fresh but how can a restaurant lock their bathrooms and put a sign that it is out of service. How can it be okay for employees to ise but not customers. They might as well change the sign to “sorry we don’t want to clean restrooms therefore it is out of order”. They had no explanation as why it is closed. So inconvenience to their customers!

There is absolutely no way that this place actually has a 4.3 star rating… I work right next door and 9 times out of 10 receive chicken on my salad even though my orders are always vegetarian. I even cut out chickpeas from my order to see if that would help since the word looks kind of like chicken… Gave them several passes because of the pandemic but at this point it’s just pure incompetence. I’ve emailed customer service probably 5 times in the past month. Total joke.

No longer sweet or green 🙁 Do not order in line. I went in person hoping for a change. Once again the lettuce and some of the veggies are inedible beyond wilted and yellow. I picked quinoa instead.
