I absolutely love coming here! I usually visit on weekends, mainly on Saturdays during the evening, and the staff are always kind and welcoming, and I really enjoy their cheerful energy! The food is always incredible, and my go-to is the chicken avocado ranch. It’s perfectly portioned, leaving me completely full and satisfied every time. Honestly, this place just makes every weekend feel so much brighter! Highly recommend eating here if you’re in the area.

First time getting takeout before the Friday riverfront concert. Overall it was good. The bowl wasn’t packed but it was a decent size and a bit pricey. Next time I’d get the dressing on the side and not mixed it – the buffalo chicken was overly dressed. There was only one worker so it was slow but he was nice and took pride in his work. I’d probably go to cava over this place.

First and very last visit ever.
I ordered the bbq chicken salad (no apples) and received the worst customer service and salad of my life, ridiculously overpriced. The lady who took my order was unpleasant, rude and totally unprofessional. First, she added very little protein as this was for a toddler, then charged me nearly $4 to add more protein. My salad was SOAKED in dressing and I paid $19 for a bowl of crappy salad. This is just unbelievable. I asked her questions on the dressing and she pretended to not understand English… but when it came to overcharging me, she could speak clear English. Needless to say, I will never step foot in there.

I frequent this location while at work and have always received great, prompt service. Today was no different. There is an employee at the Sweetgreen Navy Yard location named Juwan (forgive me if I misspelled this gentleman’s name), that went above and beyond to provide exemplary customer service by correcting an order error that I made. He was patient and gracious the entire exchange. I hope this review gets back to him and he’s rewarded by the corporate office for the awesome job he does.

I really like this restaurant. I ordered the Kale Caesar Salad and I was pleasantly surprised by how tasty the salad was. I enjoyed the salad so much that I placed another order for the same thing. I didn’t like eating healthy because I thought healthy was nasty. Well not anymore.

Just picked up my salad. $16.76 later… only to find a bug in it. Worst customer service system in place! I can’t even get a live person on the phone. Save your coins and make your own salad!

I notice that when you order online, the portions are smaller and they forget stuff. You can’t call the store. There’s no phone number. We work in the area and our colleague went to pick up our food, but he ordered his food in store. Huge difference. I’m so mad that they left out my avocado and the portion was so minimal that you could hear the fork scrape the bottom of the container. I’m so upset that the bowl was raggedy like that for $15. Stop being cheap with your customers and handle the online orders better.
