Located inside the KOP mall, closer to Macy’s and above Bar taco. Orange parking is the closest parking lot. This is located in mid of several food options like Mediterranean, Korean, Japanese, Burger joints etc. We wanted to try as my friend recommended this place.
Style is assembly line style, I selected a Bowl, and these bowls are very deep and bigger bowls !!! I asked for lettuce, and he dumped a bag of lettuce never had that much lettuce ever. Then for rice they have wild rice, rice and Quiona. I went with Wild rice and rice.
For Addons Sweet green has tons of options like sweet potato, chickpeas, Broccoli, Red cabbage, onions etc. I did see apples, but I dint go for it.
Then proteins they do carry 3 styles of chicken, and I went with blackened chicken with good portion. Then finished off with dressing.
Interestingly the staff mixed the bowl very well and haven’t seen that before.
Custom bowl came to $16, and it was a heavy bowl and I was unable to finish this and definitely tasted fantastic.
Will definitely try this place again. High price for a Bowl but tasted good with generous portions!!! Parking could be challenging on busy days !!

The portions are generous, everything is chopped nicely, and the ingredients are consistently fresh. Service is fast pretty fast, the staff is great. Compared to other branches, this is one of the better ones.

Leaf and Kevin were the best! Patient, kind and helpful—I left with a full tummy and full heart.

We stopped here for lunch. The food was excellent, the pricing very fair, and the customer service far exceeded our expectations. Our server Neveah was cheerful, polite, quick and professional. As an RN I also want to thank the management for displaying What to do in case of choking poster. Thank you.

The service is not great. they did not want to listen what Costumer asked and they keep putting items that not supposed to be in the plate. I received cilantro and carrots which I told them I don’t want in my plate and the cilantro is old. i had to picked on that. I don’t think this place will be my fave anymore very bad experience of KOP branch

Wasn’t able to eat the kale from my salad, which was most of the bowl. It had a super strong salty taste to it. Not sure if they rinsed it in a solution or something, but it was inedible. The avocado was fresh and firm though, so at least I ate something good.
Update: I emailed to the exact address that was provided in the owners response and it was not a valid email address. So I went from a 2 star review to a 1 star review for the customer service experience.

The taste and portions are great but the customer service SUCKS. They will leave 2 whole servings of white rice left in their container and then refuse to give you any because they are “out”. And they aren’t even nice about it, they’re very rude and mean. They won’t give you a water cup either. The only kind worker is the older gentleman that is baldish with gray hair on the sides.

Wow! This is my new favorite salad place! The salad is so delicious and you can customize it anyway you like. The price is reasonable given the ingredients are fresh and some locally-sourced. I love how the bowls are compostable and everything is mostly environmentally-friendly. The staff wasn’t the nicest and the most patient, but it’s understandable given the large number of people ordering. I’m definitely coming again.

Wow! This is one of the best salad-places I’ve been to that’s set up like this! So many unique and delicious options. Everything looked so yummy it was hard to decide what to get- including their set menu as well as just if I were to build my own bowl. All of the fix-ins were well seasoned- which is often an issue I find at places like this! Not overly-oily too, which I appreciated. Efficient service.
