I’ve gone to this location and another sweet green prior to this. Staff was so nice at both locations and the food was great.
This time I ordered via Uber. The food was made in a timely manner and delivered perfectly. However, I paid over $30 with tip and received a half empty bowl (wasn’t able to upload my photo) .. it was pretty pathetic. Just because I’m not in the store doesn’t mean you don’t fill the bowl – I’m still paying the same $$. The rice was also a little hard but I could look past that if at least the bowl was full. Kindve annoyed I paid so much but got half of what I should’ve gotten.

I wanted to try this new location. The atmosphere was nice, but the service was lacking. So I didn’t get to try the food. The guys took the order of the young girls ahead of me, but left me standing there like I wasn’t waiting for someone to take my order next. They looked at me, and were were talking to each other. Instead of saying, “Someone will be right with you,” they moved onto do other things. I asked if someone could take my order? And they continued to ignore me. So I decided they must have not wanted my business, and I left. Which is unfortunate because I’m in the area often. I will not go back. I live in Bayside so I went to my usual “Just Salads” in Bay Terrace instead. The food is always great there, and the staff welcomed me. I don’t know why companies can’t train the people who work there to greet paying customers like they’re welcome there?

The food is literally packed to the top which is great and the food tastes delicious too. Service is quick and accurate and the atmosphere is clean, and has nice music. 10/10 coming here every time.

Food was delicious. Staff was friendly but needs to step up a bit. Tables and floors were dirty!!! Tables looked as though they have not been wiped down. Floor was sticky possibly from a spill. Ran out of utensils.

I love sweetgreen, so much so that I was so excited to see this location open in Manhasset, and everything is great! Fresh food, tons of options and they have some beverages that are not at the other locations. All in all, best place for healthy eats out there, can’t find wild rice anywhere else that I know of.

We ordered a take out of 2 salads and 2 drinks that came up to over $60 (!). Yet when the order came, it had no protein in the salad (not chicken and not fish). We tried calling the restaurant but there is no way to speak to a person. The salad itself was very basic. Didn’t even bother cutting the avocado or the egg. Not worth the money. Terrible service. Not buying from there again
