Good food, but cleanliness needs improvement
Sweetgreen offers fresh and tasty salads, and the flavors were really enjoyable. However, the cleanliness of the restaurant left something to be desired — the tables were very dirty, which made the dining experience less comfortable. The staff were friendly, but the overall hygiene could definitely use more attention. Great place for healthy food, just hope they improve the upkeep of the seating area.
It would be much more enjoyable if the tables and floors were kept clean consistently. The salad options are creative and satisfying, making it a good choice for a quick, healthy meal. With better cleanliness, this could easily be a top-notch spot.

The staff was so kind and sweet. They were amazing to me as a DoorDash or picking up an order they treated me with so much hospitality. I would absolutely recommend sweet green. The atmosphere is very warm and vibrant. The employees are very knowledgeable and helpful.

I’ve noticed a decline. Or maybe it was never good. I’ve delayed writing a review because to be fair I’ve complained a few times and gotten good results from customer service but not I don’t even want a discount or free salad. Most days I have to wait for my pickup order even though I get an email stating it’s ready. Half the time something is missing. Sometimes the ingredients aren’t fresh but today they were extra unfresh. My bread was straight up stainless. The dressing was inedible and congealed. The cauliflower tastes sour and nasty and the rice was HARD as a rock. This was for a $20 salad with no meat.

It’s rare to find this level of genuine customer service these days — friendly smiles, real patience, and great energy all around. Not to mention I came in 5 minutes to closing and they were still eager to prepare a bowl for me. I usually order delivery from here, however every once in while I like to have some human interaction, and they did not disappoint. A big thank you to staff there.

I went to Sweet Greens with my daughter and the server that was preparing our lunches went to grab fresh dressing when the more experienced server told him to use the bottom of the bottle dressing that had sat there for hours. I did not appreciate him speaking down to me that it was the same fresh dressing when clearly it was not the same. All the dressings where in disorderly fashion and unclean. Do not recommend the food, cleanliness, and service.

Clean store with minimalist decor and friendly staff. The kale caesar salad was good because the parmesan crisp added a great texture to it. I wish there was more chicken and they could have added more greens at the bottom. As for the harvest bowl, the rice and goat cheese elevated the salad.
Overall, this is a good salad stop but could be better if the portion is bigger for the price we are paying. Nevertheless, it is nice to have this store in the area.

I came in around 2/3pm on Saturday, November 8th. When I talked to a worker, (the name was Mark off of the tag) he immediately seemed annoyed. I stated my order and they told me to immediately go to the checkout counter, while he made the bowl. As I did that, they asked me if I wanted the dressing on the top or the side, and when I asked them to repeat because I didn’t hear, the worker immediately yelled it at me. I apologized, affirming that I didn’t hear them the first time. Afterwards, the worker immediately goes to the checkout counter and as he’s walking I ask him if he could mix my salad. He then rudely muttered something under his breath, and proceeds to mix it. As I thank him when he places the bowl, he looks me dead in the eyes and says ‘It wasn’t that deep but you made it deep’. I was genuinely confused, but still decided to tip 10%. After the transaction, he walked away loudly stating ‘I should’ve spit in your salad’. This was completely unacceptable, and both me and my mother heard it. I never plan on coming back to this Sweetgreen, or any. This service should not be tolerated in stores and reflects incredibly poorly on the brand. I’m truly disappointed as I was a long time purchaser of Sweetgreen, however, this interaction truly soured my perception. I hope you can do better in who you choose to hire and represent your company.

First time trying sweetgreen was nothing I expected. I ordered the miso salmon and there was no miso on it.. no glaze … nothing. Just plain salmon. And it was SO COLD at that. Looked like the food had been cooked long over an hour before! the bathroom is also never cleaned up and there was no toilet paper. And there was a toilet paper holder (empty ofc) sitting on top of the toilet. Horrible experience. Not worth the $ at all.
