I am appalled, My friend and I came for lunch from our hospital job as nurses. Not only the worker who was getting our salad together was being rude but I also found a worm in my salad moving around. I confronted the manager Diana and her response was we don’t use pesticides in our salad and my response was because you don’t use pesticides doesn’t mean you can’t wash your salads. I’m disgusted. It just goes to show who knows what they do to their other ingredients. Also, I don’t know what was going on to the worker because he was ringing us up than disregarded us and on top of that his coworker came to ring us up and afterwards the coworker who was charging us first came up to us saying our transactions didn’t go through once we finish eating we needed to proceed to pay, instead of asking his coworker “oh by any chance did you ring them up”. Very strange experience!! Im just going to say I’m not at fault you’re working at sweet greens. If you hate your job, quit it ! Never has this happened to me in other sweet greens. Save your money ! Disgusting and disgusted. This can get people really sick !!!! Who knows how many of those warms my friend and I, also who else was there and got the same salad ate !!!!

I ordered two miso salmon bowls and this is what I received – two totally different bowls, one salmon split between the two, and one bowl of tiny portion. My son’s meal was missing apples.

Like their menu, sauce, concept but just POOR quality control. I found so much dirt and mud on the spinach on my salad bowl. Last time there were bugs on romaine. After experiencing those I don’t think I can eat from here again.

I have been to this location a few times now. They never fill the bowl up with product. It’s quite a disappointment. SweetGreens in Santa Monica, California was great and this is a very frustrating small amount of food. I asked the person preparing the food for more lettuce and they refused to provide more. They also did not provide the bread.

Wanted to get a switch up from Chopt and figured I’d try sweet green. First, the price was much higher than I payed at chopt. And second, this was what my chicken looked like after the first bite. All other pieces of chicken in the bowl were the same way as well. I spent $20 on this salad, will not be eating it or returning here.

The last 3 times I’ve gone here my order was incorrect. Missing salad dressing, small portions, and now twice I’ve ordered a Buffalo Chicken Salad that did not come with any chicken.

The employees have been friendly but clearly can’t be bothered to ever make an order correctly, so I’ll be taking my business elsewhere. Very disappointing because I’ve been to multiple Sweetgreens in NYC and SF that don’t seem to have the issues of this location.

The online ordering has unfortunately gone down hill. I’ve had issues the last 3 times I’ve ordered online. First, the salads were nowhere to be found at the pick up, I waited and waited. Finally went to the front of the store to see where they were (bc no one was in the back area). They were just sitting up there.
Second time I ordered- same thing, salads no where to be found. Went to the front and they were still working on them about 15-20 minutes after placing the order (not a big deal, I waited). I got home and realized they forgot ingredients in the salads and no bread (which was ordered). Third time, today, 20 minutes after ordering, salads nowhere to be found. Went to the front, they sent me to the back again. Still no salads. Went to the front- the guy found the ticket (that was ordered now about 23 minutes prior) and they hadn’t even started on my salads yet. The guy making them felt bad and offered me extra protein on one of the salads. A nice gesture. Finally take the salads home- they shifted me 2”3

I am very satisfied with the mobile order today, only today! It is the first time that I got a full bowl filled with food. All credit goes to today’s manager, a very cute lady with a bow hair band and a pair of black glasses. She checked each bowl and added a lot of bases and toppings into each bowl. She works enthusiastically, efficiently and very professionally! I’ve never had such a pleasant experience before here as today.
