I love this sweetgreen, I tried the wrap today and every one was so helpful with recommendations. I can tell that the people working here truly love their job and everyone is so friendly , one of the best locations definitely come to this location Also . I go to school right near this place and I love to hang around here. I tried it for the first time and I’ve mastered my order. I’ve been there 6 times already. Always order from the website or the app. I always get a bowl with arugula (sometimes), white rice, tomatoes, cucumbers, pickled onions, crispy onions, garlic breadcrumbs, miso glazed salmon, blackened chicken, Caesar sauce (medium), Hot Honey (light), crushed red pepper, crispy rice, black pepper, Olive oil (light), lemon squeeze and everything mixed. All of this comes out to $23-$25 depending if I get a bottle of water as well. The staff is so friendly and they remember my order. Honestly if you want to enjoy Sweetgreen get my order

So disregard ALL the 1 star reviews because DANIELLA IS THE BEST WORKER HERE! She is smart, efficient, hard working and so kind! An absolute breath of fresh air in this atrocious city. The salad was amazing and I will be coming back for sure just because of the service I received from Daniella! Please keep her she’s great ☺️

So fellow foodies and visitors. Being a business owner. I walk into a business as a customer. When I am shopping or dinning I am a customer in those moments. The top of my list is customer service when spending my money. The team here at this location was above and beyond pleasant and displayed great customer skills. The staff who served me provided suggestions and made my dining experience a great one. During my stay one team member came out on the floor and cleaned the dining area. The decor was comfortable with room so guest had space. And the music was soothing and fit for a dining experience. One other important thing I noticed about the team on shift was their unity. I have been in other restaurants where it seemed like everyone was on their own. This team appeared to be a solid unit. I am so particular about my food and my dining experience. That if I walk into a place and it seems as if nothing is in order and the staff are not displaying team work. I walk out. My opinion is if your not together as a team than maybe my food and dinning experience will be effected. I was in the area working on a project. I will recommend this location to all my fellow filmmaker and creator friends and associates. Bravo chambers keep up the good work. I hope cooperate celebrates you for your outstanding customer service as a team. The time I was present was before five o’clock Saturday the 16th.

One of the workers (her name was Minerva) was very rude and unprofessional. Before I stated my ordered she took out a bowl and put greens I was however ordering a warm bowl with rice. When I finally told her my order she got annoyed and moved on to the guy behind me while I had to wait for another employee to take my order.

Came here today for a yummy salad and they did not disappoint. I ordered the buffalo chicken salad online and it was ready in 5 minutes or less. The restroom was clean, the staff was friendly and the food was delicious. I’d also like to note I left my phone in the restroom and a patron gave it to the cashier for me. When I returned 15 minutes later my phone was behind the register for safe keeping. A+ patrons. A+ salad. I mean I’m not joking either. The one and only complaint I have is the full menu is online. The chain should make it available in store. The fish taco bowl, the buffalo chicken salad are both great dishes but not promoted in store.

Do yourself the favor and when they ask you, light, medium, or heavy. Just ask for the dressing on the side. I asked for medium and the girl working there drenched my salad. They should really teach their employees the difference.

first time trying sweet greens and all i have to say is, amazing. i understand the hype! we had the guacamole greens & shroomami bowls and they were so different from each other but both very delicious. you might think since the shroomami is a vegan bowl it may be underwhelming but boy does it pack a flavourful punch. also, the location itself has great spacious seating and a very organized pickup section for delivery and mobile orders. wish we had sg in toronto!

Always fresh food and nice staff. This place is open until 9 pm and it is very convenient. There is always a line in the evening so I can be sure people like this place.
