I was enjoying a chicken wrap and this is what I found. I am at a lost for words then I explain it to them and they told me to contact corporate. Honestly don’t think food was bad but just wonder what else can you be eating without knowing when you eat out in general.

We went there several times since there are not many of them. We love it. Their products are fresh and tasty. It is also very easy to adapt your bowl if sone if thebingredients sre not your favorite. They are very flexible. Usually it is fast. Very healthy, i like the “100% recyclable” approach. Very good salad place

$30 for a supposed chicken bowl but actually zero chicken being added. Based on the other reviews, it seems like they purposely skip on the protein you’re paying for when you order it online. You’re better off going somewhere else.

I ordered the Miso Salmon bowl and I asked for no white rice but to replace it with greens. The cashier working said no she can’t do that but I could ask the manager. So I asked the manager and she said no. So I asked if I could just get a side of greens and she said NO! She said if I wanted greens I would have to pay $10.45 for the salad base . She was rude, unpleasant and not helpful! I didn’t have time to go back and forth so I just got the miso bowl without white rice and you can see by the pictures that it doesn’t look appetizing!! I don’t recommend going here and I will not bring me or my family back to this establishment ! What a disappointment !

Walked in for the first time ever. 3 people working there, and they were working hard as there was a steady stream of customers. The guacamole greens were delicious. Everything was really fresh. Staff was friendly and accommodating, and it seemed to be running like a well oiled machine.

They should call this place SOUR GREENS not SWEET GREENS. There is nothing SWEET about this place, just pure SOUR treatment!
First of all, if you are having a good day, please don’t come here, surely they will ruin it for you. Also don’t come here if you are not in a good mood cause it will not end well with these rude/bratty employees. No respect whatsoever!
Walked into the store on January 21th, 2026 around 6pm, it was empty, noticed a male & a female at the counter chatting. When they noticed me & my husband coming in, they stopped chatting. The female grabbed the broom & started to sweep & eventually walked away from us, the male ( SEAN ) started walking away the opposite way from the ordering line too. Is this how you welcome your customers?!
We were standing for a few minutes at the empty line ( empty store ), they were other employees in the back kitchen preparing stuff looking at us too without any acknowledgment. After waiting little while, my husband asked if they were open for business. No response, but one lady from the kitchen staff walked to the back where the other 2 ( SEAN & the female ) hid. We heard an argument in Spanish for a bit, still no one from the staff acknowledged us or even said sorry for the delay at this point, NADA. Suddenly we see SEAN coming back to the counter with no eye contact nor acknowledgement again, then he walked right back where he came from. Enough is enough at this point, patience ran out. We walked away & went to CAVA, where we got instant service with a smile. Congratulations, you lost 2 customers to CAVA, maybe more with the word of mouth, cause I wouldn’t want anyone to go through what we went through.
After reading few reviews on this place, I see people mentioning the same issue. Obviously there are no consequences at this place. No wonder the same behavior keeps going for months now & still nothing is done about it.
Shout out to the lazy/rude “ SEAN “. Keep up the lazy/rude behavior!

Every time I come here to order the Miso Salmon, I have to wait 8 minutes for them to cook new salmon. No salmon is prepared but they’re goofing around and having casual conversations with one another. It be nice if you guys actually did your job. Manager is 100% complicit in the shenanigans that go on in this place. Let’s petition to have it closed down!
