Amazing Sweetgreen outlet design, I loved the way fresh vegetables where displayed on the side rack. And the service was great! So was the portion quantity.
As in many locations I have seen discrimination based on quantity of the salad. Anyways nothing can beat SPICY CASHEW Dressing!

I had the miso salmon and really enjoyed it. Everything tasted fresh . I substituted wild rice for white. Download their app and add the code sweetluv24 and get $5 off your first mobile order. I ordered thru the app. My order was ready within 5 minutes and I picked up in the Togo area. Plastic ware and napkins are located near the door. You need a code for the door to use the restroom.

Went in on a late afternoon on a Sunday in late Aug. They were not busy, maybe about 2-3 customers. Food was ok but trash was overflowing and piling up on the floor next to it. Bathrooms had no toilet paper and were dirty. Tables were also not clean.

I have lunch at Sweetgreens twice a week, weekly for the last 6 months but today is the 4th time I’ve had food poisoning symptoms. I guess these aren’t bad stats considering this is raw food, but today I am really sick and have had nothing to eat but Sweetgreens. The staff is great here but I wonder if everything is being done to prevent food borne illness. I’m not writing this to hurt your business but help you — I want to keep coming back.

It’s a nice place but as someone with a peanut and tree nut allergy I didn’t feel taken care of. The server didn’t know what had nuts or not and after I told her I had an allergy, she used cross contaminated tongs to mix my bowl so i was too worried to eat it.

First time visiting Boston and dined in with my colleague. What an absolute disappointment. First off, the staff were not friendly and very pushy. They didn’t have working water and forced us to purchase $4 sparkling water. The tables and counters were all pretty dirty and not well maintained.
As for the food, I tried the steak salad ($17). It was 95% lettuce, and the small amount of steak I found was gristly and unappetizing. Really a letdown and nothing I would ever return to.
I don’t understand the hype here. I love a healthy meal, but it needs to be both edible and a good value. Overall, a very disappointing experience.

An absolutely stellar experience. I was in a pinch another Sweet green declined an order for a business lunch an hour before it happened And I had to rush an ASAP order through This location. The employees didn’t skip a beat, helped me immediately and got me all set within 20 minutes. Really saved the day, cheers to the staff there.
