Sweet 27 has easily became my favorite Gluten free restaurant here in Baltimore City. After trying a dish at a Board meeting. I became intrigued to explore their menu. Also having a sensitivity to Gluten has become extremely challenging to eat out at restaurants or get take out. I’d never really tried Indian cuisine before until now. However, I’ve since become enchanted to keep returning a few times each week. I absolutely love the Tandoori chicken as an appetizer and an entree. Their food is filled with aromatics that give you a feeling of home cooked meals. The Bombay chicken is delicious and I’ve also become a fan of the Tofu with cilantro and lime sauce. Which is my second favorite dish. Don’t forget to add the garlic naan. Desserts from the strawberry cheesecake that simply melts in your mouth. To the red velvet cupcake that felt like heaven. I never liked red velvet until now. I’m inspired to try new dishes and increase my love for their cuisines even more. I hope I’ve inspired you to visit this little heaven on earth. The ambiance and customer service is truly top notch! Tell June I sent you to taste the Pineapple Princess ❤️

Wow this place really impressed me. Was in town for an event and wanted to try and new spot. My partner and I are gluten free and we also stay away from diary for the most part. As big fry lovers the SIGNATURE FRIES ARE AMAZING. So crispy and delicious. Both are margaritas were good. The lamb and chicken dishes had some spice and really good flavor. The cupcakes were a delightful dessert, moist cake and good flavor for the icing. I would for sure come back. Oh and the prices are amazing! Our whole bill came up to 70 bucks. At a lot of restaurants with less quality, it would have cost us over 100 easily.

This is one of my favorite spots. You wouldn’t even know the food is gluten free, and the service is top tier. The batata vada and cinnamon buns are my favorite.

We visited after seeing great reviews about the Mango BBQ Chicken Wings and Cauliflower Manchurian, but were disappointed. The restaurant was empty at lunchtime, and service was slow and inattentive.
The Cauliflower Manchurian tasted like basic fried cauliflower in orange chicken sauce, and the chili chicken was overly salty, dry, and tough. The only standout was the well-seasoned signature fries.
Unfortunately, the experience didn’t live up to the hype.

A celiac, a vegetarian, and a lactose-intolerant walk into a restaurant…
This place is definitely one of the best places to eat out in Baltimore if you’re dealing with lots of dietary restrictions. Plenty of gluten-free, vegan/vegetarian, and dairy free options (and options for picky eaters)! Interesting mix of American and Indian food. I think some of their dishes are better executed than others, but all of them are good! If you’re not wild about one dish I’d highly recommend coming back and trying another.
Meals are very reasonably priced. Street parking is usually decent enough to find, depending on time of day. I’ve never had a crazy wait for this place either.

Got take out and the Goat curry was mostly bones and gristle. I got like 2 bites of meat (which was good). Can’t recommend based on that. Maybe it’s supposed to be like that. Maybe it’s better if you dine in

I have severe celiac disease and was able to eat here without worry. Our server was so sweet, place is beautiful and quiet . Food was absolutely delicious as well as cupcakes. I 100% recommend this place to everyone not just those with celiac disease or gluten allergy. It’s delicious and prices are extremely reasonable.

Sweet27 is my go to spot for a lunch that is extremely tasty but leaves me feeling nourished and not sluggish. Truly feels like a home-cooked meal. Highly recommend the dal makhni, the only I’ve had that doesn’t taste like it has a whole a pound of ghee—spiced to perfection, leaves me ready for a day of work, the special fries (unbelievable!!), and of course, the gluten-free cupcakes that leave no one out when you bring them to a part. The service, the atmosphere, the eats—all phenomenal and one of my all-time favorite spots in the neighborhood

This is a fantastic (although surprisingly empty) fusion cafe, serving both American bites and Indian food. Visited here with my girlfriend, and since we weren’t super hungry, we got one Chicken curry entree to share. It was perfectly sized, though I would have appreciated more rice or paratha on the side. The also have a grab-and-go counter with an assortment of desserts. It seems like thats the “cafe” side.

The food was delicious-I was able to find plenty of vegan and gluten free options. The staff was friendly. The detractor was the strong smell of chemical cleaning products.
