Sweet water smoke is a scratch kitchen that offers a new variety of smokehouse dishes every week. New menu posted every Monday. Normally a large variety, such as Brisket, Pulled Pork, Sausages and Chicken. Seasonal salads, Sandwiches and sides. First come first serve burnt ends sell quick. Closing time is not set due to availability of smoked meats for the day.

Beat BBQ we’ve had in our trip all over WY. by far the best portions, friendly and quick service. If we lived here it’d be a regular spot for us. Wishing we had it back home! If we come back this will be a spot we stop at for sure! ❤️

Oh my goodness! Stop here! I was trying to stop for the last couple years and timing did not work out. This palace has great BBQ, perhaps the best in Wyoming. The brisket, pulled pork and ribs were ALL amazing. Loved every bite. They know what they are doing. Awesome place.

What a treat my wife & I had tonight! Luckily I found on Yelp when searching for steaks in Rock Springs! Ecstatic we found an incredible BBQ spot within 30 minutes of Rock Springs! Being an Oklahoma boy that’s lived & traveled all over the country & world, I’d put Parker and his smoked meats and ribs as some of the best we’ve ever had! Looking forward to making Sweet Water Smoke a regular stop! #FiveStar

Amazing! I wasn’t optimistic that there would be anything for me at this place. My friends selected it. They were happy to make me a vegan sandwich and it was delicious. It was delicious! They were so nice/great about it. I hate being difficult at restaurants and they made it a non issue. Thank you!

This is a make fresh from scratch gem in the middle of nowhere! Being from Texas, I was doubtful, but the brisket was tender and moist with a lovely bark. I had food sensitivities that they accommodated. It’s a must stop!

A locally owned/known hole in the wall, that is bursting with goodness (smoke flavor)! If you’re a plant killer (vegetarian) the do offer coleslaw, though it goes much better on a pulled pork sandwich! Owner and one employee running the restaurant. The brisket and pulled pork was amazing. Didn’t need ANY sauce, as it was already full of goodness flavor. Good luck, and hope you all have the same experience. Oh, by the way, I was passing through for a backpacking trip, so no way am I a local.

Just stumbled across this little gem as we were traveling from OR back home to Gillette, WY. It is a little hole in the wall that was amazing. Hubby and I ordered sampler with St Louis ribs, pulled pork, and beef brisket, as well as the chicken fried brisket. Sides included corn bread and Parmesan truffle fries; only regret, we wanted to try the cole slaw, but forgot when ordering . We have 2 boxes of deliciousness we will enjoy later tonight. This is a must stop. Chef came out and visited; very friendly and personable.
