All the way from Miami, I discovered Sweet Thangs on Instagram and I’m so glad I did! Everything was absolutely perfect. I stopped in for a snowball, and to my surprise, the menu offered such a wide variety of options. The food was superb! 10 out of 10 — I highly recommend!

I went to this establishment today after someone shared the TikTok post. The pictures were very appealing, I got there at 1145am and they were not open, so I patronized the candle apple store. On my way out i decided to check back and the door was opened. The gentleman there told me they opened up at 12, I told him that my family was coming and it would be about 10 of them it was 14 of us total. He said great everything is made to order and will make sure yall.are good.
The cashier/server attitude was horrible I asked for more flavoring on my snowball and her response was we sell snowballs not slushies. I told her please don’t get it twisted I moved from here and that im from here and I know that my ice shouldn’t be white in my cup. Wrong person at the counter..smh From 12 o’clock to 115 pm for egg rolls and 4 snowballs is absurd.
The owner came in with boxes and then she went behind the counter we said finally she can get help. while we patiently waiting and never complained, the owner started making snowballs would you believe she made 2 snowballs for someone who came in 1hr after us because she was an influencer. Poor service from the cashier who has nothing to lose, followed by the business owner who exemplified the same poor customer service.
Over 300 dollars spent between my family my bill alone was 110.00 for unprofessional treatment and service.
First rule of business ALL CUSTOMERS ARE TO BE TREATED THE SAME. they definitely wasn’t any order based upon your ticket number people would came after us were getting their snowballs before us. #firsttimelasttime

Our kids wanted snow cones so badly – but when we arrived – it was closed. The owner happened to be walking by as we stood outside trying to figure out another place to go – she re-opened the place for us just to make our kids happy. The snow cones were great and the brownies and banana pudding were delicious! We highly recommend this small locally owned business!

I always love to come to Sweet Thangs for their snowballs, which is the softest ice I ever had and tasted and over 30 flavors! The people of the establishment really live up to their name of being a sweetie pie to everyone that comes through there! The churro bites are to die for! You can get it with ice cream, it’s like being a kid in a candy shop! I highly recommend!!!!

I’m from Florida, so I’m not use to eating New Orleans food! The seafood eggrollls & seafood pasta with fish was so delicious! It gave I was back at my granny house! I love the experience & the staff that work there! I will be back soon!
