We have always had a good experience here, except for the past two times. It’s extremely unfortunate that people just don’t care. We ordered two buffalo chicken wraps. The wrap was placed on the bottom and someone literally smashed French fries over the top of the wrap with their hands. The bag that the food came in was completely soaked and torn. It was obviously intentional as that doesn’t happen by accident. When we called and asked about it, the gentleman on the phone didn’t say anything at all.
