Absolutely stellar menu. The food was excellent, the atmosphere incredible and the staff was positively perfect. My plate was never empty and my glass always full. I couldn’t have asked for any better service. If you live or are visiting anywhere in the vicinity of this gem, get here for a delightful meal. You will not leave hungry or disappointed!

Ok, so this quite possibly be the best food I’ve had since my grandmother passed away. If you’re visiting the pee dee area and you want to have a true taste of the south, this is the place to go! It is so worth the drive! I went for the first time ever yesterday and the food is so good, it will almost bring a tear to your eye. Also, if you have a grandparent who was born before the 40’s and you’re blessed enough to have them still alive, you should take them here. It will take them back to a time when southern food was still truly southern. Nothing needs seasoning, it’s all already in it. That’s so rare these days. I didnt see into the kitchen but I’m quite confident there’s nothing working in there but grandmas. It’s a buffet and the outside doesn’t look like anything special but wow! The table service was also phenomenal and my tea glass was never even half empty. If you’re looking for good food where folks are friendly, you simply must go here! Like I said, it is well worth the drive!

New management is terrible. They had another business sharing the space in the evening since they weren’t open during those times and threw them out with only 10 days notice. The prior owner did the same thing to another similar ghost kitchen restaurant with no notice as well. Small businesses that try to destroy other small businesses hurt everyone.

Love this place they just don’t give the portions of food you would think. And EVERYTIME I get my husband the hamburger steak it is so small and they just give him a burger no toppings.
