Not certain if they have new owners now, however it’s apparent something has changed within the past years. I no longer go here because of the quality of the baked goods and their expired/toss dates are irrelevant when it comes to a sale in this facilities eyes. My father still goes and will bring items over to his grandchildren and while I wasn’t surprised, I had to make a review as it is clear they take advantage of his age, knowing he won’t say anything. The pastries are burnt, old and clearly not fresh.
If you go here make sure you point out which pastries you want and ask about their make dates. It’s not happy customers they want clearly it’s a sale they’re after.

The pastries are good, but I don’t like the flies flying in with the sweet bread. That’s the most horrible thing, ever!!! They don’t give you an itemized copy of your purchases. Which i don’t like either. I have to ask for my receipt.

My husband and I came here on a whim not really knowing what to expect. When we walked in, we weren’t expecting such a large selection of homemade Mexican sweet breads and pastries. We ended up getting a big bag of various goodies for about $10. Everything we tasted was SO good and not overly sweet.
