Renee Place Eron
We came here to view live music. The place was tinier than anticipated and it was raining if it was not raining there would have been no issues because there is an upstairs roof top and patio area that could have been used for seating. That being said the owner and staff were extremely accommodating. They brought a table and chairs in and wiped them down for us to provide seating for my group. The service was exceptional despite the crowd. The drink selection (wine and beer) was good and reasonably priced. We will be back and looking forward to using the rooftop in nicer weather!

This is a great spot in Simpsonville! The owner and staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming. They made us feel right at home. The wine was fantastic, too. Highly recommend for a cozy, relaxed and enjoyable evening!

This is a great little find in Simpsonville. A nice selection of wine and craft beers on tap. We enjoyed our evening listening to live music and trying a couple of different wines. On this Sunday a nice crowd. Recommend.

The service we received last night was nothing short of appalling and frankly embarrassing. We brought a guest visiting from overseas, and instead of showcasing hospitality, we found ourselves apologizing on behalf of the establishment as we left.
We decided to stop in for a glass of prosecco to end the evening. Upon requesting a drink that we had been served there before—introduced to us by the owner,—we were immediately met with sarcasm and condescension. The employee flatly told us, “We cannot make that drink here, we don’t mix prosecco with anything, it’s against the law,” dismissing us outright. When we politely explained that the owner herself had previously made it, we were insultingly called liars and brushed off with, “Mmmkay, I don’t believe you. Let’s agree to disagree.”
The unprofessional behavior didn’t stop there. When another staff member attempted to recommend a different option, this same employee belittled her coworker in front of us, saying, “You can go ahead and clock out. I got this, I don’t need your help.” Moments later, when that coworker accidentally spilled a drink, she was loudly berated with repeated commands to “go over there” while the offending employee pointed her away like a child in trouble.
The attitude, lack of professionalism, and outright rudeness of this employee completely ruined the experience. One person’s toxic behavior should never be allowed to overshadow a business, yet that is exactly what happened. It’s shameful that such arrogance and hostility is tolerated in an establishment that relies on hospitality. This individual’s behavior is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the entire business.

Great selection of wines, live music. Convenient location in the heart of Simpsonville. The wines “In Sheep’s Clothing” and “Lapis-Luna” are good. They have a rooftop area which is nice. They have fire pits in the winter. Sweet Sippin’ is closed on Mondays but are open until 11pm most of the week except Sunday which is 7pm. Street parking is available and a large parking lot is available across the street.

Where do I start…atmosphere is most important to me! A place can look like a million bucks have a ton of TVs and even pull out the entertainment of live bands and trivia, etc…but without atmosphere you have a place like all the rest! This place has a unique way of having a person feel like they are at a second home. The fact that there are no TVs makes it actually friendlier because people are more likely to start up a conversation. Music so far has been the best
I have been exposed to as well and there is something happening nightly!

I listened to a really good country/folk band play at Sweet Sippin’ in Simpsonville. Food is not served but is allowed to be brought in from other restaurants nearby. Cool atomosphere.

Rooftop very nice, helpful bartender. We sat down stairs when music started. Great singer that night! Need to bring Ian back to perform again soon. The black cherry cider is amazing! No food but you can order from other restaurants and they sometimes have food trucks and other catering come in.
