Everything about the atmosphere takes me back to visiting my great uncle Hugh on his dairy farm, just cozy. I love some pimento cheese, so I tried the southern chicken sandwich. So good! Owner was super nice. Can’t wait to come back and try some other options. There are many burger options that my youngest will want to try.

The staff were excellent with explaining the menu options. We had a member of our group who has a severe dairy allergy. The owner came out himself and helped us make safe selections. He was very accommodating and knowledgeable. He provided a homemade pizza dough and dairy free cheese with multiple topping options. My husband had the burger and it was delicious. I selected the margarita pizza. It was excellent. The owner used to live in Italy and said he strives to make the pizza authentic to true Italian pizza. We will definitely be back as it’s hard to find restaurants with so many dairy free options and vegan cheese as a safe choice to add to many of their dishes.

The atmosphere was welcoming and calm. I enjoyed the decor. The food was fast and amazing. Big portions and well priced. The owner was very kind and the dessert was amazing! We will definitely go back.

Tried it today for the first time. Both my and my wife’s burgers were great. Garlic knots were really good. Owners son was waiting on us, took the time to talk to us as well as the owner coming out . Will definitely be back.

Place was empty but it was 3pm, stopped in for lunch. Decor is pretty, like the beachy, turtle vibe.
Big menu, not necessary for a new spot, gotta be hard to keep Things fresh. Menu needs an update- so many typos and manual cross outs but the caprese salad with chicken was surprisingly really good – good amount of mozarella, tomatoes, basil, lots of spinach and I think even some garlic at the bottom? Balsamic glaze-Mixed up was delicious.
Husband got a sandwich he said was good, pepper fries tasty but could’ve cooked a little longer.
We’ll check em out again.

Had lunch there today? Was awesome. Our waitress was so sweet .Thd owner spent time talking to us about what is happening
Ice cream bar with milkshakes etc in March.Its there soft opening and trouble getting help doing what they can. But will definitely be back . If you get a chance try them out.

Eat here all the time great food , owner is awesome.
Only thing i noticed is the EX-employees stealing, from the the restaurant. The waitress asked us to pay in cash, and didn’t give me a receipt. When i asked my receipt she claimed the printer wasn’t working, before the waitress could finish the lie the printer was printing a receipt for another table. .

my friends and I came here on a whim because we saw on facebook that it was good, we had the best time. the food was amazing, Paul was so nice and friendly. he talked to my friends and i about his plans and more and he was just such a joy to talk to. there are even games at the tables for guests to play. we sat at the restaurant for two hours just playing uno and talking to paul as he checked on us! we were served complimentary cookies at the end that paul made and wanted us to try. they were AMAZING! i could not recommend this place more.

Great food, excellent service, and an even better atmosphere. The owner was incredibly welcoming, making the experience even better. If you’re in Shallotte, the Sweet & Salty Grill at Shallotte Crossing is absolutely worth a stop. Go out and give them a try, you won’t regret it.

We tried this restaurant last night and the food was amazing, the owner Paul came and sat with us and discussed his ideas for menu items and brought us a complementary brisket dip and zucchini fries I have to say they were amazing also he gave us complimentary canioils that were the best, if you haven’t been there to try this new place its a must, don’t listen to the negative try it yourself, its a new place and its soft opening there will be mistakes, which we didn’t have any, ALSO THEY DO BREAKFAST I HAVE THE PERSONAL PHONE NUMBERS TO OWNER AND THE DIRECT LINE TO STORE, YOU WONT REGRET IT
