Real cool place in the middle of Gateway! Some friends and I walked here from a local theater in Salt Lake City, so it’s in a pretty convenient. We ordered the following sweet roll taco flavors: mint chocolate, ube, strawberry chocolate, and coffee and cream. My personal favorites were the ube and strawberry chocolate!
The staff was really nice. Despite the late hour they seemed happy to serve. The space is really nice too, gives a grunge vibe and there’s plenty of room.

Delicious Treat to End the Day!
We stopped by Sweet Rolled Tacos at the end of a day exploring Salt Lake, and it was the perfect treat. We tried three different flavors, and each one was made quickly, carefully, and tasted amazing. Everything was fresh and flavorful, and the service was great. The rolled ice cream taco portion was pretty big and definitely shareable. Would absolutely recommend the Mint To Be if you’re a Mint Oreo fan! We’d happily come back!

I usually go to the one in Riverton. However, I was in the area for the Museum of Illusions, so I popped in. The flavor I usually get at the Riverton location, Honey I’m Comb, is a location exclusive flavor, so they didn’t have it here. However, I got a different flavor – I forgot which one. It was still good! Doesn’t beat my ole reliable, but it the quality and service were still superb. I like the location and ambiance because I really like The Gateway, despite it dying 🙁 Great dessert option in the area.

The staff is very friendly and welcoming! Parking was easy because of all the nearby parking garages. They do have restrooms for paying customers and complementary water.
We got several things to try. To drink we got the “Slay Queen”. Very good, its a rebel with pineapple and strawberry puree. They have plenty of dirty soda options. We tried some of their cookies as well. We got the seasonal pumpkin, and then the coconut and sugardoodle. I loved them. The flavors were too mild for my husband. For icecream we got the Toffee Oreo and the limited time Samoa. Both were amazing.
For 1 drink, 3 cookies and 2 tacos it was $36.

Fun concept. Lots of really unique choices. It felt like dirty sodas, but with ice cream to some degree. Speaking of which, they also had dirty sodas which the ones I got were really good. I will definitely be back to try some different flavors.

Our new favorite! Not only is the ice cream delicious, they are very accommodating and mindful of food allergies and cross contamination. Love the environment and the friendly service. Try the Utes Strawberry brownie rolled Taco. So good!!

On a hit summer day, this place definitely cooled us down, I had the coffee/oreo rolled ice cream treat and it was delish! Brought my grandgirls here and they had soooo much fun ordering their fave dessert or shake. Will return again, definitely a cool place for a cool refreshment!

Loved my build your own taco. I ordered a delicious Uber base with cheesecake inside and out with a standard taco shell. It was super creamy, flavorful, and extremely filling. I was disappointment in myself how quickly I devoured it, I really thought I was going to struggle finishing it lol. I would have preferred to have been asked about the whipped cream but nonetheless it was great!

There were a lot of choices for dessert! They had ice cream tacos of course but they also had shakes, cookies and soda. The rolled tacos were really good! We got strawberry cheesecake and chocolate strawberry. Sebastian was super nice and efficient. He talked my ten year old son through what he was doing and chatted with him while he made our ice cream. Great food and great service! It was fun to watch him roll up the ice cream!

Ooookkkkk…..this is one of the coolest ice-cream places I’ve been to. The effort that goes in to making one of the rolled tacos is insane and a delight to watch. This was a fun experience and so many options that will satisfy anyone’s sweet tooth. (I got the Peanut Butter Baby Taco!) The manager and her co-worker were kind and very accommodating. Will definitely recommend and come back to try more!
