I got an ad for Sweet Peak on my Instagram feed and just had to stop in and try it for lunch. My husband and I ordered two of the fluffy sandwiches (one spam and and one ham), Thai tea, a peach smoothie, and three fish pastries (two Nutella, one cream) and yaaaaaallllllllll omg. I cannot wait to go back. The food is very tasty and fresh. It’s filling without being entirely too much, perfect for a brunch situation. Both of the drinks were very tasty and refreshing as well. I can also confirm that real Nutella was used in the fish – it wasn’t just a generic chocolate sauce like some older reviews stated.
I also appreciated how clean, comfortable, and beautiful the space inside the restaurant is! It is obvious that it was designed with love and care, enhancing the overall experience. The folks behind the counter were also very friendly.
Overall, it’s a little expensive but I think it’s worth it for the quality of what you’re getting. I’m very excited to go back.

This place was SO yummy! We got a boba milk tea & a Biscoff waffle. This waffle was beautiful & the boba was phenomenal! You can tell they take their time and care about what drinks/food they give to their customers. I can’t wait to go back and try more flavors!

We were so excited to see a new ice cream place open near us and couldn’t wait to try! The place is super clean and inviting! The staff were kind and everything is made to order. I loved seeing they offer a local ice cream in their shop, Josh and John’s! Now I don’t have to travel downtown to have my favorite ice cream!
It was a warm Sunday so we decided to try the smoothies and wow the flavor was amazing! Made with real fruit and milk. Super creamy and sweet! The medium was the perfect size. Definitely will be back for more smoothies!

Delicious treats! The bubble waffles (especially the Biscoff Cheesecake) were great. LOVE that you serve Josh & Johns ice cream, it’s a favorite of ours. The boba was good, too. I wish I had known you guys were over there before today, just happened to see the building when doing a u-turn.

I wanted to love this place. I had bubble waffles in Yellowstone and haven’t been able to find them in COS until Sweet Peaks. There are a few problems that keep me from coming back. I ordered the strawberry Nutella bubble waffle and unfortunately it’s an upcharge for ice cream. This is an issue because without the ice cream the waffle is bland. What made it even more bland was that my Nutella and strawberry waffle came with no Nutella. I was going to speak with the worker about it but they were slammed and only two people were behind the counter. The prices are really high as well. I can’t see myself paying $10 again for a waffle, whipped cream, and strawberries. My husband got the funky monkey but thought it was bland until he got to the ice cream and peanut butter. The place is clean and the staff were friendly but I will not make the trek back for a second time.

Me and my kids came here to just try something out, they’re milk tea’s are delicious and refreshing. We had also bought a bubble waffle, it was a good desert and/or breakfast food. I 100% recommend coming here, it’s the best boba place me and my kids have ever been to. The staff were patient with us and kind. We will be coming here again

Happy to have a new Korean shaved ice in the springs! Their bingsoo was soo good. We had the retro Korean style bingsoo that hit the spot. Will def be back to try the other types. The pricing of the boba was a little high for me. I probably will stick with the bingsoo. It was also nice to see Josh Johns sold in this area of the springs. Will def be back for more!

Absolutely incredible. We tried two of the sweet shaved milk bowls, the sweet bean pastries, and the gentleman behind the counter made us a waffle to try. Everything was freaking delicious! So nice to have something in our area that is “out of the norm”. My sons and I have found our new favorite sweet treat spot!!!

I’m not gonna lie, this place is SO incredible that we had to make a rule where we could only walk there (we live close-ish) if we wanted boba or one of their mouth-watering bubble waffles. Purely so we don’t gain 30 lbs from constantly getting boba & waffles.
Absolutely amazing. A blessing and a curse it’s so close to our house, but I wouldn’t go anywhere else for a sweet treat!
