Was so excited to finally get to try Dubai chocolate everyone was crazed about. The $35 Dubai chocolate jar I got smelled and tasted stale when I opened it, the chocolate chips looked weird and crystallized on top as well. It looked like the seal broke already when I took the lid off. I got the chocolate mousse bean which was pretty good! And the mango and chocolate shakes are good too.

Went there for the first time at around 7pm on a Thursday. It was pretty busy but the staff was very friendly and trying their best to help everyone out. At the time, they do have a help wanted sign and they definitely need the help. The treats taste as amazing as they look. Had a strawberry milkshake and my wife had the Dubai chocolate bowl both where delicious. After reading the reply decided it was 5star worthy and have been back several times.

10/10 recommend this place. We went there and got the chocolate Dubai strawberry bowl, the viral peach and mango ice creams, strawberry mousse cube, variety of their mini cheesecakes, Dubai brownie slice was (HUGE), and a chocolate shake. EVERYTHING was absolutely amazing, fresh tasting, the portions they give you are pretty big and filling for sure. The vibe in there is so cute also! Kinda pricey, but definitely worth it! We’ll be there a lot this summer!

I noticed the owner replied saying their staff is always friendly and smiling. 3 out of 3 times yall have been depressed, angry and mad at life. Today, I tried again. The amount of disrespect is insane. I have never seen worst customer service in my life and I’ve lived in many places. That’s the last time I’m going. No clue how you guys stay open. Overpriced ….FINE…. But a damn smile or hello or I’m sorry for messing up your order wouldn’t hurt,no? Don’t reply to me either owner you got nothing to say to me. Fix your employees attitudes.

I’m obsessed! Tried it for the first time 2 weeks ago, and I’m not proud of myself for coming back the next 6 days in a row! I missed a couple days and when I came back in, they remembered me! Lol
You walk in the door and you’re welcomed by the girls behind the counter saying Hi with a smile. And they always make sure to say Bye when leaving. Overall, they are great at making you feel welcome.
I’ve tried every flavor of gelato, some are good and some are amazing! I have yet to hit the 10 second on the buzzer, but I’ll keep trying. Looking forward to watm summer nights on the patio enjoying all the sweet treats they have to offer!

Came all the way from Syracuse to a wrestling tournament and decided to stop by after… Walked in with 6 people and mentioned multiple times about the prices of gelato for the sizes and the lady working never said anything. Thought a small was 2.99… even asked if it was small medium large and extra large and she said yeah.. something like that. Ordered smalls… Charged us 4.99 plus candy toppings for all of them. Spent over $40 on some mediocre gelato… Highly recommend not stopping by.

Sooo many delicious options. Best dessert shop I have ever been to. I love the beautiful display of baklava they have at the counter. I ordered a Dubai chocolate bowl and a small Dubai chocolate heart. Their portions are large and one item is definitely enough for two people, I had some the day I got it and the next day. Soooo delicious. 10/10 would come again

Such a shame… Soooooooo disappointed. Don’t waste your hard earned scrilla on this place. They are shipped in frozen from…. Who knows where, don’t bother asking the gals behind the counter. They have no problem letting you know they don’t know Anything about the product OR where it comes from!!! (Gulp) So basically if you have Any Allergies to…well, anything lol This Is Not The Place For You. Very risky business eating here. Oh and the bathroom door is gank, it will cut you so be very careful.
