Just wanted to send a huge shout-out about the absolutely fantastic brunch experience my spouse, our friends, and I had recently! Honestly, we had such an amazing time!

From the second we stepped in, the whole atmosphere was just buzzing with awesome energy. It felt so lively and vibrant, with all the chatter and laughter, and all the birthday celebrations really kicked the festive vibes up a notch. It totally set the mood for a super fun gathering.

But what truly blew us away was how incredibly smoothly everything ran, especially considering how packed it was! It’s clear this place is super popular, and despite that, the staff handled everything like absolute pros. We never felt rushed or overlooked, and everyone was so attentive and genuinely friendly. Seriously, keeping that level of service when it’s so busy is nothing short of amazing! We will definitely be back !!!!!!

Nice environment with a solid menu — the food is tasty and portions are generous. The brunch itself was definitely enjoyable and nicely presented. Coffee, however, was just okay — not bad, but lacking the coffee aroma and nothing special compared to the food menu. Overall, a good spot if you’re looking for a nice brunch experience with friends for casual gathering.

After being seated and food ordered, the food came out in good timing (except for last plate which server apologized) We were a party of 9 so lotta of food to organize and prep. The food and drinks presentation was very lovely. The food was tasty and portion size was perfect. I got the chicken croffle and had a taste of the French toast. Would like to come back and try other items on the menu.

The biggest disappointment was the wait to be seated. We waited for 1 hr and 45 mins. They should have like a 2 hour limit per table on weekends when it’s busy so people don’t just sit there after paying and would give other customers to enjoy the dining experience.

I’ve been to the San Francisco location many times in the past, so was curious to try this newer location ever since it opened.

Went with my wife for breakfast. We shared a Millionaire’s Bacon Flight. My wife ordered the Tornado Galbi Omurice with a Salad, and I had the Savory Soufflegg Skillet with a side of the Hot Pepper Bacon Jam.

The prices are very high, between 2 of us we spent $130 for 2 entrees, a salad, a bacon flight, and 2 drinks. But the food was very tasty and we did enjoy it. There seemed to be some unique menu items not on the SF location menu, but there were no flavored ketchups like the SF location has. It did have a nice fancy atmosphere and you could taste the care put into the food quality.

Another wonderful brunch at Sweet Maple. It seems that every time we visit family in the area, we like to arrive early to enjoy brunch. Not going to say it’s because of the bacon but, it’s mostly the bacon.

We will be back.

Excellent brunch place! We heard about it but didn’t get a chance to try it. Stopped by on a weekday lunch. No wait time. We sat on the patio area. It’s a bit warm but food was so delicious that we didn’t mind melting in the warm sun.

Lovely and bright place for brunch. Good food and excellent service. Looks like Millionaires Bacon is what they are famous for but didn’t get to try it. Everything we ate was delicious. Will be back for sure

I had visited the SF location a year or two ago, so I think I probably had higher expectations for this place. The food was great. Can’t say the same for anything else.
No host/hostess at the front podium, I was able to flag down a passing server who directed me to the iPad out front for check in. An expected 15-20 minute wait was doubled, and once we were seated it was another 25 minutes before we saw our service staff. Noise level would be ok but there were several tables nearby that had taken the “bottomless” mimosas as a challenge, and insisted on having loud boisterous exchanges across the restaurant.
The next time we saw any staff at our table was to hurry up and pay the check so they could close out the payment terminal. And the bathroom was pretty filthy.
So overall, the food was excellent. But I won’t be back.

I have been waiting for Sweet Maple to come to the East Bay and it did not disappoint! The ube latte was on truly an ube flavor. So good! The croissant waffle was the bomb and so was the French toast. The star of the show was the millionaire’s bacon. Delish! Met the owner “A” and he was super nice and hooked us up with a table on a busy Sunday afternoon when they weren’t taking anymore waitlist. I will come back with more friends!

Update: Came for 2nd time and ordered the fried stuffed french toast! Ugh, so so good! The best! I suggest you share with the table. It’s a lot. And the Tornado Galbi Omurice is the die for!
