This is a UPS parcels pick up spot. My son came to pick up his package but the owner said that a lady with ID that had his picked it up 30 min before I came in. She said she handed it off to a white female who gave her an ID od a white man with my name! If you have a pick up here beware that all you need is an ID and you can pick up anyone’s mail!!! 700.00 gone

The hours are incorrect and inconsistent. I’ve been here three times during when they’re supposed to be open but the doors were locked and they were closed. Why not update the hours on Google so people know when you’re actually open?
