Sweet Conch at the American Legion was perfect! Open to the public and Denzel (Chef) makes amazing wings, fritters, and shrimp. The drinks were affordable too! Come for movie night, soul food Saturdays, pool, pull tabs, and Veterans telling tall tales from there past.

We got there right as it opened so he was almost ready. Well worth the short wait. The ox tail, greens and Mac n cheese was absolutely fire. I’ve never had ox tail this way and so far one of my top favorites. The owner chef was super nice and friendly

My friend take me to Sweet Couch Kitchen for lunch. The environment is peaceful and quite. We were greeted by Chef Denzel. Chef Denzel customer service is top tier, Chef Denzel is friendly, communicative, interactive, polite and a pleasant smile. The food was amazing and delicious. My friend and I both had the cheese burger, fries and wings combo. And the prices were very reasonable. I highly recommend this restaurant. We sure will return again.

When you hear of a chef who loves what he does and does it well you definitely will think of Denzel Fisher and sweet CONCH kitchen. We ordered 10 shrimp and 12 wings with fries not only was it a valuable meal. It was delicious. The fries were golden brown crispy on the outside tender on the inside the shrimp was cooked perfectly and piping hot the wings were crispy on the outside juicy on the inside and flavored just right, this is definitely a place that I would recommend we placed an order via text. Pick up was smooth and easy. They are located just off College Road at the American Legion 28 building. You will not regret it. This food was delicious and the special sweet CONCH sauce, which I believe is a secret family recipe is to die for a perfect combination of sweet and tangy with, in my opinion, a hint of mustard maybe but super delicious .

We stopped by Sweet Conch Kitchen at the Legion for burgers the other day, and they were absolutely delicious, very flavorful and perfectly balanced. Beyond the great food, the hospitality was what really stood out. Denzel was incredibly personable and took the time to chat with us. My partner mentioned how welcome he felt; it really brought back that friendly, community vibe of the “good old days” in the Keys. Highly recommend stopping by!

This place was incredible! We’ve lived in Key West for 3 years and this is by far the best food we’ve had down here! Such a hidden gem. The bar staff was extremely friendly and accommodating to our kids and the chef Denzel was very kind and welcoming. 10/10 highly recommend! Can’t wait to go back and try more of his menu items!

So, this restaurant is located inside of a Veterans Post, club. The service, the food and the environment was pleasant! Every Saturday, is a soulfood menu and Denzell throws down! The food is bomb! And Denzell is such a nice, personable young man and the rest of his team is great too! Keep up the good work.
