0/10 – So I came in with my daughter on Saturday February 7th, 2026 at around 5:00pm. We wanted to get milkshakes, my daughter wanted the Blue Monster milkshake but only if it looked like the photo that they were advertising. I asked the young man working if the milkshake came like the photo and I was told no that the drizzle cost extra. I was okay with paying the extra but they should not be advertising it with chocolate DRIZZLE if that’s not how it comes. I told the young man I will pay the $0.75 for the drizzle but they should not advertise it to come out looking like that, unless that’s how it’s made. I did end up paying the extra for it to come out looking like the photo but it still did not. I am not trying to be rude but to have the drink advertised to look one way then to come out another is false advertising to me. Also I got a mint chocolate chip milkshake and it tasted like straight milk, we couldn’t even taste the mint and it was kinda runny. I don’t think we’ll be back anytime soon or in the future. Just be prepared to pay extra for things that are advertised in photos on their menu and no where did it say drizzle extra. I posted pictures of the menu and our drinks for reference. I do not recommend this place at all. The Fat Donkey is down across from the park and they are much more friendlier and you get good portions for the price. Definitely a fat thumbs down for me and my family. Sometimes I don’t understand why people get in the customer service industry if they don’t wanna deal with people. The owner should definitely take some of these reviews into consideration and change things or sell the shop because it’s not people friendly. Just avoid if possible. 0/10

The Ice Cream was fantastic. I got the Krazy Kolors ice cream and my boyfriend got the Black Cherry Ice cream. Both tasted super good. Since I live in St Augustine, I would like to say for a scoop of ice cream, they charge 8 dollars but here they charge for 2 1 scoops of ice cream 8 dollars so this was definitely a steal for me. The service is quick and reliable.

They carry Blue Bell ice cream and a gelato from Orlando. The Coffee Chocolate Chip was outstanding! It has a nice bold coffee flavor and the chocolate chips make it over the top! It’s a nice clean place with a few tables inside.

A cute little ice cream shop with cheap prices. Good options for flavors and a few toppings. My daughter had a strawberry scoop with m&Ms and I had the cappuccino chip and black walnut. The walnut reminded me a lot of banana bread! Convenient location near the park so you can get ice cream and stroll.

Went with my family and friends. The employee was so patient with us, since half of us didn’t speak English so it was 2 of us ordering for 8 people, including 2 elderly who’d only have sugar free ice cream. In the end, everyone got what they wanted.

A great location for an ice cream shop, but the quality of the ice cream is pretty standard. Some of the flavors look a little bit worn as if it melted and was re-frozen. Nonetheless, a good selection, but somewhat questionable.

They only accept Visa and Mastercard with a minimum purchase of $5. So, I ended up getting their Hot Chocolate as well. It was very watered down and just not drinkable unless you don’t mind brown warm water with a hint of chocolate.

I think they can make improvements in terms of quality, but not a bad place to get a scoop of ice cream.

Always a must-go-to place when we are in Cocoa Village. My daughter and I stopped in for a single scoop and a brownie. So good !

Nice location for an ice cream shop, but their ice cream seems a bit suspicious. Seems like they just keep on using old unfinished ice cream from a week ago or something. It almost taste old and lacking in flavor.

One of the few places that has childhood memories for both me and my kids. The ice creams are really good with a good variety of flavors. The hot dogs are also pretty darn good. We always enjoy finishing our time walking around scenic downtown Cocoa Village. Whether shopping, enjoying the park, or even seeing a play at the playhouse every trip is better eating ice cream.

Cute place but the scoops of ice cream are small for the price.
