Very good bbq with huge portions, no waiting and very good staff. We are local and will absolutely come back and bring visiting family as well.

Worst bbq I’ve ever had. No flavor at all. Fried shrimp was hard. Half the cheese curds (app) had no cheese inside. Brisket was cold. My son did enjoy his pizza. Fries were good. If I were to ever go back I’d stick with a burger or sandwich, but I wouldn’t choose again. Our waiter was great though.

It’s touristy and not great. Brisket was the worst I’ve ever had. It was thick and tough might as well have been steak. Wings were fine and kids pizza was big. Don’t go out of your way to eat here but in a pinch it’s fine.

First did not get any of the fresh homemade cornbread which I was looking forward to. I had the ribs and brisket. The ribs had a thick layer of fat and were so fatty that I had to remove the fat and use a fork. They had no flavor. The brisket was not tender at all and was difficult to cut with a steak knife. It also had no flavor. The side dish was very small. I had the mac and cheese which was bland. I would say that if you like good BBQ I wouldn’t come here. In my opinion it was the worst BBQ I have ever had.

Absolutely DISASTROUS first experience . Our waitress took our order and 45 minutes later she STILL had not been back by our table for refills or anything. The hostess said “It’s because we’re so busy.” Bullshit. The tables next to us were well served and taken care of. Guess what? We won’t be back.

Sweet Carolines was a great time. I went with Wyatt and Elene, my kiddos, and we had a blast. We ate a ton of food, and it was all delicious. The ribs were fall off the bone tender, just how they should be.
Our server, Steve, was the best. At first, he looked like he would be the quiet type, but he turned out to be funny and full of great recommendations. Plus, he kept our drinks full the whole time, which is always a win in my book.
If you are in Myrtle Beach and looking for good food and a fun time, Sweet Carolines is worth the stop. We will definitely be back.

We shared The Hog Trough which was a sampling of baby back ribs, brisket, pulled pork, smoked sausage and pulled chicken. I loved the pulled pork, the pulled chicken was super tasty and ribs were super moist. The brisket was disappointing and overly fatty.
With the platter you can choose 2 sides and soup or salad. We picked the salad which was a generous side with tomatoes, carrot and cucumbers. We picked beans and coleslaw for our sides and both were good.
Additionally, we ordered the fried green tomatoes which were awesome! They came topped with bacon and a BBQ ranch dip.
We were seated inside and our waiter was attentive. Food came out quickly.

Stopped there to get our dinner. Meal: beef brisket. It comes with sides. You have to select your sides. Most sides have pork products, but you can find one or two sides that don’t have pork. It could be challenging initially to find non-pork sides but the server can help you. We had beef brisket, mac&cheese, and salad. Those were the two sides without pork products. Food was alright and adequate. Location and vibe was good. Our server was cordial. I Can’t confirm if it’s wheelchair accessible, but as far as I recall, there were steps outside, so please double check. Maybe use Google street view if that’s available in that location.

we’ve been in Myrtle Beach for a week & we have ate A LOT of places this week. this is hands down the best so far! Our food came out within 10 minutes of ordering (I was so shocked) & it was amazing! The food was DELICIOUS!!! one of the best pulled pork sandwiches I’ve ever had & my girlfriends ribs were literally falling apart. Definitely check this place out !! we will be back

The food was quite good, though they had run out of ribs, but everything really hit the spot. The beef brisket, in particular, had the perfect amount of sauce and fell apart in my mouth.
Our server, though overwhelmed with tables and requests, handled everything so well, and we were so pleased by how he handled himself. If you are at Broadway by the beach, you would be well-served to check this place out!
