Not recommended unless you are only going for a drink. As we walked down street, we saw this and looked to see what menu showed on-line. It showed something’s that we were like okay let’s try it. We sat inside and it was nicely decorated. They do have outside seating that is shaded by buildings in the evening, It also connects directly to the lobby of the Hyatt Regency. First miss was the menu they gave us and the menu on-line did not match. I asked waiter and he did not have a great answer. The drink menu was good size but slightly overpriced on Bourbons. We ordered jalapeño cornbread, wedge salad and brisket burnt ends sandwich with fries. The cornbread was about three inches tall and very dry. The wedge salad was supposed to have blistered tomatoes and dry ham. The tomatoes looked rotten. If they were blistered you think that they would have some black on them but they did not. The dry ham was chewy so not dry. Now for the sandwich, I smoke meat at home for a reference. The brisket burnt ends were tough. These should have been tender. The food was sub par for sure. The waiter was not very good. After we told about the food, he didn’t really say or do anything. We had to take him our payment. He didn’t not ring right away and walked off to an area that was not being used with our card. We had to go find him to ring up our transaction, very concerning. The manager did finally come over and told us they took off two of the items. We already knew that as we were in process of paying. He didn’t apologize but also made it out that we just didn’t like their interpretation of the food. The redemption was when we were leaving, another customer was complaining to the same manager about their food. It was a completely different dish. Again not recommending for food.

The only problem was finding the restaurant, it is not stated clearly that it is located inside the Hyatt Regency hotel. FYI, If you use their garage, you will have to pay for parking The food was amazing! Some of the best squash risotto I have ever had
My family had the sliders and the hot brown. Delicious, great service, red velvet cake is a must
Fyi, request a window seat so you can people watch while ypu eat!

I stayed at the Hyatt so I thought it would make sense to eat at the restaurant for convenience sake, but I see why I was the only person dining in there multiple times throughout my visit. They kept messing up very simple orders or the food tasted old or the servers would bring out the check before I even got my food which I thought was a bit bizarre.

I ate here quite a bit since I stayed for almost two weeks.
the wings were the best thing on the menu. The Po Boy would’ve been the best but not enough shrimp on there.
Salmon dinner was really good. Only critique is the salmon was small

Steak was solid some parts too charred and the mash potatoes were good. Carrots pretty good. A couple were very firm with a crunch so inconsistent there.

Burger they forgot my lettuce and fried green tomato

I got the burger another time and they forgot the bacon lmao. Like i was the only one dining there and i was trying to wonder why

Lamb chops not even worth talking about.

We were so disappointed in the food we received here. We were staying in the Hyatt so we decided to eat at the restaurant inside. My friend ordered pork rinds as an appetizer, and i ordered the cornbread. The pork rinds were amazing, and i enjoyed the dipping sauce that came with them. The cornbread was good as well, so we thought the dinner would be just as good. We were wrong. My friend ordered a steak medium rare, and the meal came with mashed potatoes and broccolli. The steak was not seasoned at all, potatoes were so dry it looked like they had been sitting out all day, and the broccoli was rotten. I ordered grits and shrimp and the same thing, the grits were old and clumpy, the sausage was old and tasted horrible. The only edible thing on my plate was the shrimp.

We did not eat anything the rest of the evening. My friend threw up what steak she ate in the middle of the night and is still not able to keep things down today. I’m pretty sure they gave her food poisoning.

Would not recommend this place.

On this day, it was my birthday and I was in search for a good restaurant that had a great steak. After reviewing the menu posted on here. I decided to check this place out. When I got to the restaurant and sat down, I noticed that the menu was different.

The only steak they had was a ribeye, which is not what I had my mind set on before going to this restaurant. Well, while I was deciding on what I wanted for my alternate entree, I ordered a Marker Mark w/ ginger ale and a 6 piece dry rub wings. The sever recommended that I should order the ribeye since it was my birthday and it was great.

The drink was good. Then the wings came and I was like why do these wings look plain. The wings were basically fried wings with sprinkled seasoning on it. Then the ribeye finally comes and appearance didn’t look appealing. I cut into the ribeye and the first 2-3 cuts were extremely salty. I couldn’t tell if it was in the sauce or on the ribeye. I told the server and she asked if I wanted something else. I told her I didn’t want to have to wait for something else. The manager came out and we spoke about the food. He offered to redo the steak to take to go but I declined. Since it was birthday, the manager brought a cheesecake out. To the end the night, the server brought my check and stated that she took my drink off the tab like if it was something wrong with my drink and that she also didn’t charge me for the cheesecake like if I ordered it. I took a chance in trying this place out for the first time.

To be honest, I cannot recommend this place from my experience to my friends and family.

Ordered the burnt ends sandwich and it was terrible. The meat was overcooked and tasted like it had been reheated multiple times. Completely burnt and dry. Waste of money. Not coming back. Potbelly is a better choice across the street.

Went here for the first time for Oaks Day date night. The service was impeccable and the food was amazing. There was only one complaint about anything that was in our group, the mashed potatoes were a bit dry for his liking. The prices were better than I expected, but by no means cheap. Definitely will go back for another date night, maybe brunch.

The waitress was super nice, and had really great service! (I believe her name was Linda) she was very helpful. The restaurant was really nice, and had a great atmosphere to it. The set up was really impressive. I felt like I was eating at a really up scale type of restaurant. The place does not have it’s own parking so you will have to park at a meter, or a parking garage. And I will say that it’s handicap accessible. The food was pretty good. I give it a 7 and a half out of 10.
Although this might take away from the classiness of the restaurant, I kinda wish they had a few pictures on the menu so a individual can have a idea of what some of the item look like before you order them. Also I hate using cloth towels. I would have preferred paper napkins on the tables. Overall I would love to go back and try some of the other different things that they have. As far as the prices: I have no idea because I didn’t pay for the food. Someone treated me out to eat. I definitely would recommend this place to others to go try out. It is a really nice restaurant, and I will be back.

Sat at the bar. Couldn’t tell who was the bartender and who was the bar back. No one noticed me for 15 minutes. I happened to be able to look at the menu from the gentleman next to me. Finally someone (who I thought was a server) asked me if I needed something to drink. I was disappointed with the service at the bar.
