I’ve wanted to check this place out for a while and I really liked it! My sister got the honeycomb cold brew and she really enjoyed it. She loved the banana pudding too. I got the salted chocolate chip cookie and it was yummy! I would go back. It is a bit pricey, but everything tastes very fresh, so it makes sense.

My first time visiting. I bought the red velvet cake in a cup from Swank Desserts, and it was absolutely delicious. You could taste the butter and milk—proof that the cake was made correctly and with care. This is exactly how a true Southern red velvet cake should taste, without being overly chocolatey. It was perfectly moist and honestly reminded me of something my grandma would make. Comforting, rich, and made with love.

Over promised. Under delivered. The food you see on TikTok is not the same that you pay for at this poorly run place. Save your time and $$$!!!
SLOW SLOW SLOW “service” and very expensive. The three people in our group collectively rated the food 5 out of 10. We were not impressed. The food does come in unique containers, but there’s nothing special about it – except for the price.
The label says to leave it out for an hour or two to enhance the flavor. You can wait a week, but it doesn’t get any better! It’s dry and lacks flavor. MUSH!

I really wanted to like this place! I was so happy to support a local business and have been wanting to try them for a minute after following on TikTok (ended up unfollowing because of the disappointment honestly). I went in today and purchased the cookie dough cheesecake bar, a birthday cake cake cup, and a smoked caramel cake cup for my boyfriend and I. The total was about $39 and some change and I don’t mind spending money on some great food, but these desserts weren’t even good. Whatever dairy products they use to make the cake frosting tasted like spoiled milk. The birthday cake cup was mediocre at best, didn’t have much flavor and the smoked caramel (which was mine) literally tasted like if you were to ingest lighter fluid, completely inedible . I took one spoonful and instantly regretted my purchase. However, the cheesecake bars were delicious. I was pleasantly surprised! (Hence, the 2 ⭐️’s). The portions are huge and had my dessert actually been enjoyable the price would certainly be justified, but that just wasn’t the case here. Huge disappointment because everything looks so yummy online! Proof that looks may be deceiving I suppose. ☹️

I drove hours for a biscuit… They only sell biscuits on Saturdays. The banana pudding was delicious and so was the salted chocolate chip cookies. All of the desserts looked delicious from the other side of the glass. Very clean establishment w/outdoor seating. Very pleasant worker bees. Just the type that I like. Good energy making good food. Will return next time on a Saturday.

I’ve shopped at this bakery for two years to purchase treats for family and friends. I contacted Danetra to order the “Smoked Caramel “ cake for my 70th birthday brunch.
The cake was beautiful and looked just like the picture on the website.
When the cake was brought out, everyone took out their cameras. There were tons of oohs and aahs. The cake was moist, delicious and not overly sweet. There was no conversation as folks began tasting this amazing creation-we were all speechless.
I knew I had made the correct choice by getting my celebration cake from Swank.

The young lady at the register was very friendly with helping new customers navigate their Swank Bakery experience. Entering the bakery the atmosphere was pleasant, clean and welcoming. Overall the taste wasn’t present in the items I purchased. However, family members of mine did get Macaroons and banana pudding which was better than the Strawberry Champagne Cake Snack. If you’re in the area give it a try, you might find something you like.

The banana pudding is everything!! The bananas are so fresh and the cookie crumbs are never soggy. I normally do not like whipped cream, but the cream on this pudding has a really great taste.
I drive 45-50 minutes just to get this scrumptious treat and it is never disappointing!!
