10/10! Got the beef tacos, shrimp tacos and corn nuggets. They were all amazing. The homemade taco sauce was fantastic. Slightly spicy but a good kind of heat. Will be a returning customer.

I ordered the chicken tacos with fries and it was fantastic! The chicken had just the right amount of spice, was hand breaded, and the sauce was perfect. Even the shoe string fries were well seasoned and had a little lemony flavor which my 3 year old loved and devoured. I highly recommend Swamp Religion, I know I’ll definitely be back!

I was eagerly anticipating my meal at Swamp Religion, because I tried for years to eat there. That is not an exaggeration. I don’t go on their side of town much. When I would drive by on my way out of town they were never open. When I attempted to go during their posted hours they weren’t open either. I found out that they do a lot of out of town pop-ups. Don’t rely on the posted hours. On to the review….
I had the Bayou burger and my friend had wings.
My burger was flavorful and thin… so thin. My friend’s wings were cooked perfectly but were tiny…. so tiny. The fries were excellent. They are pricey too.
My experience didn’t live up to the hype. Considering the effort that it takes to visit them, I won’t come back. It isn’t worth it for me.
They are located in a parking lot across from Waffle House on East University Ave.

We are from this food truck over at first magnitude and just had catsish tacos and fries. Man that catfish was spot on. Don’t miss their southern fried goodness if you see them out and about.

We ate from the food truck. We had the bacon cheeseburgers. The taste was great but I was disappointed by the thin hamburger on the sandwich. We paid 14 bucks for a bacon cheeseburger and fries. I was expecting a much larger burger patty. It may have been the size of a 1/4 pounder or less.
