If your looking for a breakfast spot with a home feel vibe with amazing food then Swami’s Cafe is just the place. I ordered the Veggie Hash bowl. The flavors were all there and the pancakes were delicious . They have a cute corner station for self serve coffee(many flavor options), hot tea, and fountain drinks. Definitely will be back to try more on their menu!!

The mimosa flight flavors were unique and really tasty. We ordered the red velvet pancake, which was ok, the lobster Benedict, which was good, and some a la carte items like bacon, eggs, and hashbrowns, which were good. We didn’t try their coffee bar, and the waitress stated that that is what they are known for, so I still recommend giving this place a try. Our total was over $100

We ate here twice during our stay in San Diego. Both times for lunch. We ordered sandwiches, salads, wraps and a burger. All of it was delicious. Swami’s is welcoming, clean, and a relaxing place to sit and have a meal. I loved the living wall as well.

Good local spot to have in your back pocket. Wide variety of menu items and coffees to choose from, one of those those places where you can feel confidently comfortable you’re going to have at minimum, decent breakfast.

My goodness! My wife and I took two order paths this morning, and both were amazing. I don’t think one can go wrong even if selecting totally at random. Well done, Swami’s! Try to catch Drew, as she is a bundle of fun and personality that helps start off your day on the right foot.

Another stellar breakfast spot in San Diego. I love the self-service options for coffee and tea. Mostly places only have Lipton’s but there you can find many different varieties and make your coffee and tea as you wish. I got the salmon benedict, which isn’t my favorite type of fare, but I wanted to dry something different and it pretty much hit the spot. I balanced the heaviness of the benedictine order by getting fruit instead of potatoes for my side. My father got the eggs over homemade hash, which looked pretty tasty. Definitely filled us up for a while. They also have a lot of specialty drinks if mimosas are your sort of thing.

Visiting San Diego. We ate here twice. Drew was our waitress both days and she was WONDERFUL. So sweet to our kids, gave great recommendations, remembered us. She was great. The food was delicious. Seriously, everything we tried was so good! I hope we can come back some day.

10/10 on EVERYTHING!!! First of all the hospitality was top tier. Cynthia was INCREDIBLE!! We ordered the Mimosa Flight! Every flavor was so yummy. We had watermelon, pineapple, peach and hibiscus. For our entrees we had the Stuffed French Toast which was mouthwatering deliciousness on a plate! For our hearty meal we got the Chorizo Hash and I could not stop eating it!!! Thank you so much to the cooks for the flawless presentation and to the staff for the 5 star service. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Amazing pancakes! Very good taste and fluff! Staff is very friendly and food was fast. Highly recommend Swami’s Cafe if you want amazing pancakes. 10/10! I recommend getting 2 pancakes as 1 will probably not fill you up if you are pretty hungry.

Swami’s is among the best breakfast places in downtown San Diego. My family and I ate there twice this past week, and all four of us were very pleased with all of our meals. The drinks are also amazing! I had the raspberry orange pancake the first time, and the red velvet pancake the second time. Coffee and orange juice to drink – both excellent. My son had a Buffalo chicken wrap and watermelon juice; the second time we were there he got a cheeseburger with apple juice. My wife ordered the pineapple upside-down pancake, with eggs and bacon, and LOVED it! Our daughter’s stuffed French toast was delicious (I tried a couple of bites!) and the service was wonderful. Highly recommended!
