Casual, family-friendly American restaurant serving a variety of fresh breakfast and lunch dishes. Located in Del Sur, this branch is located in a nice and clean shopping mall. Friendly service. Go here for a weekend brunch with the kids or a casual business lunch.
The eggs benedict with ham was tasty – covered with a rich, yellow Hollandaise sauce and situated on a warm English muffin. The poached eggs were soft and done just right. The dish was accompanied by buttery, crisp hash browns with a refreshing, mild salsa.
The generously sized and tasty acai bowl was based on a layer of granola, a thick layer of blended acai mix, and then topped with fresh strawberries, blueberries, sliced banana, bee pollen, and dried coconut.
The side of home style potatoes was hot and delicious with grilled potatoes, onions, and bell peppers. The salsa was a great accompaniment and brought a really nice freshness to the dish.

it has become my family’s favorite breakfast spot and love that it is a family-owned restaurant… you can really feel that welcoming, homey vibe the moment you walk in!
their menu is extensive, and honestly, everything we’ve tried has been delicious. my go-to is the green omelette, so fresh and flavorful! and i love that you can sub in a side of cottage cheese. their bread is also amazing. my parents loved the chilaquiles and the pesto scramble they ordered.
what makes the experience even better is the friendly staff. on our last visit, Karelly checked in on us several times with such a kind and attentive attitude. it made us feel right at home.
i’ve been to multiple Swami’s locations and the quality is consistent across all of them, but this one stands out. see you next weekend!

The food is delicious. The service was great. But there is a single toilet in a single bathroom for like 100 guests. There was a line 3 deep the entire time I was there. What worries me the most is I saw a cook come out of the back to use the bathroom and he just turned around with a comment about the bathroom line when he saw the line. Seems like that could end up causing health problems if the staff can’t use the bathroom in a timely manner.

I love this location of Swami’s cafe the best! Karelly and Jose are the reason why my boyfriend and I go to this location every week. Karelly is the sweetest person and always offers good recommendations on what to order. She has a very cheerful personality and big smile that makes you feel very welcome and cared for. Jose is also very sweet and he makes the most delicious cappuccinos and decaf lattes. They use good coffee beans for a café. The gluten free pancakes are out of this world!!! It does not taste gluten free at all! The service is terrific, the staff is kind, and the food is delicious!

We recently discovered this gem of a restaurant. They have an extensive menu for breakfast and lunch. They have a “pancake of the month” which was pumpkin and pecan in October and was great and I’m looking forward to trying their red velvet pancakes. Best chicken sausage I’ve ever had. Fabulous array of coffees from which to choose. Every server is so nice and fun to talk to. Large outdoor patio all under space heaters (ok they’re a little too hot) in colder weather. Hands down my new favorite breakfast/lunch destination.

Great staff! Food is fresh and offer healthy options. Thier pancakes are large and look delicious, however they are often overlooked and almost burnt on the bottom. Too thick of a batter and griddle too hot perhaps.

The taste of the food may vary depending on each person’s taste, but I think the food that is presented will be the same. The potatoes that came with the food I ordered looked a bit dirty, which disappointed me a little, and the service from the staff was nothing special other than bringing the food and giving the bill. Coffee is also self-service.

Food and drink were kind of disappointing. The matcha just tasted like milk, and was so lightly colored that I didn’t even think they gave us the right drink at first but that was indeed their matcha latte. Chorizo scramble is yum but the potatoes were unflavored and dry. Server was nice and I appreciate her getting us new lattes but the quality of food has gone down for sure.
