Walking into Swagat is like stumbling on a low‑key treasure right by the Falls — fresh malai kofta, Panner tikkka and naan hits you instantly and you’re like, “oh yeah, this is gonna slap.” The whole menu is basically India’s comfort‑food energy turned all the way up: the butter chicken is super creamy and packed with flavour, and the biryani comes out smelling amazing, stacked with layers, and honestly big enough to share (but you won’t want to). Their naan is soft, fluffy, perfectly charred, and the curries have that deep, slow‑simmered taste that feels like a warm hug.All together, love the place and vibe and hospitality..these spots show off the best of Indian hospitality in Niagara Falls — good vibes, amazing food, and flavours that stay with you long after you’re done eating.

I ordered buy one get one free vegetable pakoras from this restaurant. In addition to that I ordered Coriander lachha paratha and seekh kabab. I was quite surprised when I opened the packet of pakoras. Can be seen from the picture, it is completely overcooked and burnt. Not only that it is dry. When I called the restaurant to inquire about the issue, the staff member working there justified the problem by saying that They have been selling these pakoras since the morning and nobody has complained about it ever since. And she mentioned, pakoras come crispy from outside and they deep fry it like as if I am having this for the first time in my life for real. I don’t even want to mention how Chef working over there was justifying this issue, when he called back. He was completely ignorant and dismissive throughout the conversation. Other photo is of the pakoras that can be seen on their website. I would discourage anyone to visit this place. They have no regards for the customer satisfaction and service.

We had an excellent experience with Swagat Indian restaurant ( Niagara Falls location). A special thanks goes to Chef Sanjay Bhatt who cooked the food really delicious and prepared it very well- his cooking really stood out. The delivery location had to change at the last minute due to unexpected event cancellation. But his team handled the issue really nicely as they delivered the food to the temple (requested location) and made changes to the food preferences( instead of chicken they made it all vegetarian). Was very supportive, polite and calm throughout the process. We were really happy with the quality and the taste of the food and we ordered again after few days. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ highly recommended!.
Big thanks to chef SANJAY BHATT

Very disappointing experience at Swagat Niagara. Food was bland and tasteless—chaap had no flavor, palak paneer was watery, and chicken tikka seemed microwaved. Only good thing was the laccha paratha. Service was the worst—we had to ask for water, and no one checked on us. When we raised concerns, the server just said items are premade. I came here on my birthday expecting the same quality as Swagat downtown, but it was a complete waste of money. People spend their hard-earned money here, at least give them value for it. Zero customer service.

Hands down, some of the most delicious Indian food I’ve eaten lately! Delhiwala Butter Chicken was perfect not very spicy, and the Garlic Naan was fresh, soft, and clearly made-to-order. Every dish reminded us of India, bursting with authentic spices. Highly recommend if you want the real deal!

Decent spot. Food was pretty good. They have some options which a very kid friendly. Not a large menu but we preferred it that way.

Family Dinner at Swagat Restaurant – A Flavorful Surprise!
During our recent trip to Niagara Falls, my family and I stopped by Swagat Restaurant for dinner — and we’re so glad we did!
From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming, perfect for a relaxed family meal. The staff was friendly, attentive, and made sure we felt right at home.
Now let’s talk about the food…
We ordered a variety of dishes, but the star of the evening was the Karahi Chicken — packed with flavor, perfectly spiced, and cooked to perfection. It had that rich, authentic taste that made us feel like we were enjoying a home-cooked meal back in India.
The naan was fresh and fluffy and every bite reminded us why we love South Asian cuisine so much.
Highly recommend Swagat if you’re in Niagara Falls and craving some seriously good Indian food. A perfect stop after a day of sightseeing!
5/5 for food, service, and atmosphere!
