Tried them out maybe 6-8 months ago because I was craving wings. Service was super fast. I think I received my food 6-7 minutes after I ordered. Wings and fries were hot and crispy. Wasn’t too busy at the time and grabbed a table to eat at. Portions were decent. Wings were a bit on the small side. Fries are your typical grocery store crinkle fries. Price was, I would have to say were reasonable but a little on the high side for the wings you get. Overall a satisfactory experience but nothing spectacular.

First when I walked in the floor was sticky everywhere I walked. That told me a lot right there about the cleanliness of the restaurant!! The employee that took my order wasn’t really friendly and had a frown on her face the whole time like she didn’t want to be there. The wings are really small. And some of them had an old taste to them. Fries were fresh ones piled on top of old fries. And I ordered a ten piece wing combo and the blue cheese was so small after I dipped about four wings the sauce was all gone!! And got the nerve to ask for a tip on the receipt after charging $14.59. I wish I would!! Pickup order.. And the drink cup was small also!!

I went to the shop at dinner time on a Tuesday. It wasn’t busy.
The lady at the counter was cordial and smiling.

I ordered 2 Philly cheesesteak sandwiches (with no green bell peppers), and crinkle fries. The bun was a step up from a hot dog bun in size, but not much. Funny how the bun can make or break the overall sensation.
The philly flavor was satisfying, but not rave-worthy. Maybe a few bells would have helped?

The shops entire menu appeals to the most popular takeout dishes. I’m curious about several of them so I see me going back to try them… the shop is close to my home.

The shop has tables if you want to eat in.

Had the Philly cheese steak. It was a pile of grease on a bun and absolutely zero flavor. Choked it down. Not going back to try anything else. Go to Jersey Mike’s for an excellent PCS.

Don’t recommend if you have allergies. We have ordered from here many times and the food has been good. Tonight I ordered catfish and shrimp fried rice and my daughter who is allergic to seafood ordered a hamburger and fries. When my daughter got home, she started to have a reaction after eating a quarter of her hamburger. Her allergies are not severe but I called to inquire if there was any possibility of cross contamination because of her reaction. They said no. If they did everything right and she still had a reaction, I no longer feel comfortable ordering from there and unfortunately today will be my last time.

Order garlic parmesan wings.
They were bland fried wings….. The garlic parmesan wasn’t a sauce it was literal parmesan from a can sprinkled on the wings…. Didn’t even have any flavor or stick to the wing. And I couldn’t get them to even answer the phone to address the issue.

Edit: Took two stars off because the two guys cooking in the back don’t pay attention. They oftentimes leave dips out of the box. The fried rice is now bland or salty based on who is making it. Also the quality of the experience is based on which cashier you get. They are still quick here just not as consistent as when they first opened. Another update. The younger girl at the counter is very rude and told me the store doesn’t give them tips from the card receipts. They charge too much for small sauces.

This is my go-to wing place now. The crinkle fries are always fresh but the fried rice is the standout side here. I have also tried the philly which was also really good. I plan on trying the whole menu but after I get through all the wing flavors. Right now my favorite is hot lemon pepper. The prices are fair but what keeps me coming back is the staff. The cashier always opens your box to make sure your order is correct and acceptable. Kitchen staff are friendly and move quick as well. So make sure you check this place out.

Food was decent but the prices jumped up by 3-5$ an item almost overnight. It was already pricey but was kind of worth it for the quality, now the prices are equal to a sit down restaurant so you might as well go enjoy a night out.

So I generally don’t leave reviews unless I feel that it’s really necessary so I’m going to leave one. This restaurant don’t get me wrong has really good food and my Family really likes it as well but, when you spend $40 and you get one honey mustard with four chicken fingers and then you ask can I get one more extra please and then get told that it cost $0.85 extra that’s ridiculous. I myself own my own business and I understand there is a cost for everything but to keep the customer happy I think you can give them at least one more honey mustard without charging them almost another dollar after spending 40. To keep my personal customers happy and keep them coming back for more….. giving up the $.85 is worth their repeat business, but some companies have to learn the hard way.

The place was clean, the food was good, loved the crinkle fries, cooked just the way we like. Not undercooked nor burnt. The reason I gave it a three star was the counter person was very put off by us. I told her it was our first visit, apparently she was unimpressed by my statement, as she just stood there. We ordered our food and sat down to wait for our food. I must make it known that we , my husband and me are temporarily handicapped. I was with a walker, and he with a cane. We sat by the beverage dispenser to make it easier to get refills. The order was completed she did not speak but indicated the order was ready. She started to bag and I told her we would be eating there. Now behind the counter were 5 workers just hanging as we were the only ones in the shop. It would have a thoughtful gesture for either the counter person or one of workers come forward to assist us. But instead my husband with his cane had to get up to retrieve our order. I know that it wouldn’t be a normal service, but come on, being a new shop they could have extended themselves. Love the idea, has a nice selection of food items, but I would rather find someplace else, that is a bit more customer friendly.
