I’ve always had fast, friendly service at Suzie’s, and it has remained one of my top breakfast spots in the region. On most visits you can see the owner and often her daughter working, and they always offer great conversation along with the meal.
I usually order an omelette, which is consistently well done, and the menu has a wide variety of options that can cater to almost anyone. They also have a solid lunch menu. My go to is the corned beef and hash. It is rich, savory, and very satisfying.
They also offer a great selection of sweets. One of my favorites is the French toast cinnamon rolls, which are a perfect combination of both.
My only downside is that they do not have an espresso machine or specialty coffee drinks like lattes or espresso martinis, which many other breakfast spots offer. That said, their sweets are some of the best in the region, and adding espresso drinks would only make an already strong breakfast menu even better.

We took a group of residents from Brookdale Senior Living to have lunch here and I just wanted to say how refreshing it is to have such a caring business in our community. We are often met with rude management and staff because we need accommodations and we often pay with separate tickets and I know it’s not easy, but not here. I’m very aware of how a business runs and try to be considerate of the challenges from staffing to prep work so I always call ahead and explain what we need and Suzie herself made sure everything was perfect. We were waited on by Kelly and she’s clearly a professional they wanted for nothing, she was on it! The food was SO fresh and presented well everyone loved what they got. These senior citizens deserve to go on outings and enjoy life!!! I just wanted to say thank you from our family to yours, it means so much that you made them feel welcome. ♥️

The Omelet was great! Pancakes were good too! Prices were excellent!
Ordered two slices of raisin cinnamon bread. Both pieces were totally burnt on one side! Discovered it when I returned home! Very disappointed!

Suzie’s is awesome as is Suzie herself! The atmosphere here is great, a family style breakfast restaurant with a wait staff who are always the best. The food is very good and I very rarely am I mixed on something I’m having here. Is it the best breakfast food I’ve ever eaten? No, but it doesn’t have to be. It’s excellent top to bottom and don’t even get me started on Cinnamon rolls. This is as of right now my absolute favorite breakfast place in town and nothing else really comes close at the moment. Great place to spend a morning out with your family and a business cares about your patronage. And again, Suzie herself is undeniably a wonderful lady.

Now that I am seeing all of the complimentary cinnamon rolls given, I feel left out!! I went this morning because I had business at the BMV (across the street) and it was breakfast time. I ordered a breakfast sandwich with fruit. The fruit is from local business and Thee Best Fruit I have had in a while! My children ordered the French Toast combo with crispy bacon and finally a place that understands what crispy bacon is!!! Love it here

Had the Country Benedict! We came and it was extremely busy, but they got us in and food was quick and delicious. Usually when places are busy you’ll see the food on your plate was made with haste but not here all quality. They kept the coffee flowing and service was awesome. Looks small from outside but is quite big on inside and plenty of parking. Two thumbs up!

Good food. Typical pricing. Portions are decent. The bakery here is phenomenal!
Our server was friendly. My coworkers and I always choose to eat here for our work outings, over the chain-owned restaurants.

Good breakfast, great lunch, but the desserts are DIVINE! Went to breakfast here with my wife and son and enjoyed the meal. Highlights are definitely their cinnamon rolls which are the size of a plate and insanely delectable, and the homemade cinnamon raisin bread. I found my pecan waffle to be a bit of a let down, but the meal was still overall good. Service was great considering how busy the place gets. What seems to be missing from so many reviewed is how outrageously delicious the desserts are at Suzie’s! My inner fat kid got so excited, that I ate my dessert before I realized I hadn’t taken a picture of it to share yet. Guess I have to go back and try again…darn.
UPDATE: 04/14/21
My inner fat kid won the battle…pictures of the divine desserts below.

This is definitely for the older / senior generation, we order a variety of dishes. The cinnamon French toast is huge, but it’s more like a big cinnamon roll with a fried egg for the bottom..it’s extremely over priced for what it is and not worth it. The sink skillet is fine, but nothing to make me want more. The Salmon Benedict was overall good, would rather have the sour dough bread than the English muffin it comes with, but the salmon was fresh and made perfect. This place over all is a, tried once and done.

I only had breakfast for the first time here ever. Would i go back no, $28 for a omelet hash browns and toast. I wanted a side of sausage links that was $6.50 on the side and you get only 2 that felt like they came out of the fridge. Same for the rest of the food, it was all cold and not very good. I think anywhere would be a better choice.
