This place is a hidden gem. My husband and I decided to try it out for something out of our norm and I must say.. we have no regrets! The atmosphere is relaxing and super inviting. Our service was spectacular and the food…wow; everything was AMAZING. We had crab cakes for our appetizer, husband had the special which was Beef Wellington and I have the seafood mix grill which included shrimp, scallops and lobster tail. Both were served with whipped potatoes and veggies. Also ended with the Fruit Napoleon for dessert. We can’t wait to go again and try more that they offer.

Always drove by and wanted to check it out. Today particular family drama made me pull in to change my focus from the family drama. This was a VERY pleasant surprise! Had their special of prime rib .. Delicious! The music was soothing and gentle! Romantic and quiet. The food speaks for itself… Fabulous! The server very knowledgeable about wine recommendations with selected food. The chocolate was excellent. Not your average choc rich cake but every bit as delightful!! Restaurant looks ordinary on the outside but EXTRORDINARY on the inside. Will definitely come here again! It was the perfect reset I needed… The chef should come out and say hello…. You want to see who make this. Superb food!

Delicious and adorable. Cute diner layout with faux French touches, not pretentious. Amazing food, good lord. Friendly and fast service. Highly recommend and will be back. The crème brûlée had me wanting to lick the dishes.

My family and I wanted to help out small Asian businesses during this quarantine period. We’ be always wanted to visit the restaurant, but that will have to wait.
This review is based off ordering and our experience, not the restaurant itself.
We decided to ordered a 6 inch 15 layer crepe cake, it’s approximately 6 servings and it costed $40.
Spoke with Lena on Sunday to order and received it on Friday. If you live in Shakopee, MN she is able to deliver which is very convenient due to the fact that we are suppose to quarantine. It was very respectful that she also was sanitary and wearing gloves while delivering.
It’s definitely a delicious crepe cake, the chocolate on top was very rich and creamy. She also gave us ideas on what we want inside the cake, we knew what topping we wanted, but didn’t know what else to put.
It was somewhat hard to cut due to the fact it’s a layer cake filled with whipped cream, but we were able to make it would. Patience is needed! And a good knife.
If you are interested in trying these type of crepe cakes, this place is ideal to experience it!

What a pleasant surprise. We ate outside and watched the barn swallows and horses run in the distance while waiting for our food. Our focus changed quickly. We shared two different entrees. I’m not a bread person but the crusty bun was excellent with a hint of garlic. We had the garden salad with the house caesar dressing. I chose the Petite Filet with Shrimp. It was a beef tenderloin with bordelaise sauce, shrimp with herbs, garlic and Romano cheese. The garlic mashed potatoes were excellent. My husband ordered the Beef Wellington. It wasn’t the prettiest Wellington I’ve ever had but it was flavorful with a crisp puff pastry crust.

We stopped in late on a Wednesday evening. We were cheerfully greeted and seated even though it was close to closing. The atmosphere was nice, quiet, with beautiful music playing softly in the background. I had looked at the menu and was going to get the cranberry pork dish. We were told the specials and decided to go with the Beef Wellington. It was delicious and filling. I had a small cup of the most flavorful chicken wild rice soup also. I am used to a cream based soup, but this more a broth, and it was better.⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

$9.95 escargot with garlic butter & onion FIVE STARS some of the best escargot I’ve ever had. Whatever is in this garlic butter onion sauce is absolutely spectacular; the pastry atop the escargot is a beautiful display & delicious too. The escargot itself is tender & tastes fresh.
$30(? something?) rack of lamb in a red wine sauce served over mashed potatoes & vegetables FIVE STARS absolutely amazing! I forget the price, but it was one of the specials tonight. I’m guessing it’s in the 30s. The lamb was cooked perfectly medium rare & so moist! It could’ve used a little more saltiness just a little, but I can’t even describe how delicious this dish is.
$23.95 marin grivois | shrimp & scallops tossed in linguini pasta, sautéed with onions, garlic butter, herbs, spices salt, olive oil & topped with Parmesan cheese FIVE STARS absolutely delicious & service is always great
My overall bill came out to $108 (glasses of wine included).
