A hidden gem in the Tower city building. The staff is very friendly and the soups are delicious. Our favorite menu option was to do their flight of three soups. Such a fun way to try all their delicious soup offerings. All the soups were delicious, our favs were the chicken paprikash, so flavorful and we loved the little chewy dumplings. It was so good we went back a second time during our trip. This time they had French onion soup. The bread & gooey cheese on top was scrumptious. We are so glad we found this place.

Susy’s is a solid spot for lunch! I work at Tower City so I get takeout here often. The wraps are great and all of the soup is delicious. The Turkey Ciabatta sandwich is also one of my favorites!

Today was the first time I ordered ahead because i was in a hurry. It turns out that i had ordered pickup from the wrong location. But! The staff was SO nice and accommodating they quickly made me the Sandwhich of my order anyways even thought it was my mistake. Very very kind.

Great menu soups sandwiches salads. I ordered Greek salad with grilled chicken. Salad came more topped with sliced deli meat. Also ordered the rubber that was exceptional. And we had a side of pasta salad that looked delicious but was forgotten in our order to go. When making the fountain drink no ice was in the machine and soda itself was warm. Deli has very large area to stay and eat, but it is dark because it is in the interior of Tower City.

I wish I could give this place more stars!! Food, service, atmosphere…hands down, the best restaurant I’ve been too. My husband is from Cleveland and we’re in town visiting for the holidays. He said the food is still as good as he remembers. Love this place! We will definitely come back before we leave after the holidays

A classmate introduced me to Susy’s last week I’ve been 5 times in about 4 days! Great delicious and healthy options. Everything I’ve had has been excellent, the corn beef sandwich is really good, so was the smoked turkey sandwich. Each soup I’ve tried so far had been great and the breakfast wrap I had was amazing! I will definitely be frequenting this spot while I’m at Tower City for class the next few weeks! Definitely will not be returning to that garbage food court lol. Highly recommended!
