2nd time trying Suspenders. First time was with a group of co-workers and had some apps and a few beers. Nice bar set up. 2nd time for a sit down dinner. We Sat in the booth area. Our waiter was attentive and helpful. I had the Buffalo Chicken Dip which was really good, then ordered a hamburger, the classic old school burger I think is what it was called with the parmesan fries. The fries were a little soggy but still tasty. I ordered the burger med well and it was done as ordered. The burger was good but really nothing that wanted me to give it more than 4 stars. I would recommend this restaurant if you haven’t tried it out yet.

This place is very cozy and pretty much laid back, and it may have something to do with being sort of nestled within a very residential neighborhood. However, the staff was very friendly and kind. The food coming out the kitchen was good and the menu had a variety of tasty items. Great place for lunch or dinner with family and friends. Give this place try and you won’t be disappointed.

Went last week with a friend during the day and food was amazing. I was craving it again today so we went there for another round of burgers and fries during dinner time. However, this time, they skimped out on the fries and the “fried” onions they provided were sautéed. When mentioned to the waitress, Marcela, she said this is the size for fries (even though last week we received nearly half the tray full) and those are the only fried onions they have for burgers. I am giving two stars because the waitress added a basket of fries complimentary.

Used to come here all the time before having to move back to FL due to the pandemic. Staff was always great. Customers were all very welcoming. The one dish I miss and I will get it when I visit again was the Veggie burger. Always recommended this place, always will recommend it to people visiting near union or living there
