A friend of mine told me of this amazing restaurant a few weeks ago and took me there. It is an experience just walking in! The staff immediately greeted me at the door and sat me down to an elegantly set table with a lit candle! I was in awe on how spacious and beautifully decorated the restaurant is. The food was amazing and the service was incredible. Here is just a sample of the incredible dishes that can be had at Sushki Sushi & Ramen! If you want to venture out and try a new restaurant, I definitely recommend Sushki Sushi & Ramen!

We honestly loved everything about this restaurant. The ramen was piping hot, beautifully presented and had incredible flavor (according to my sons and husband). I wish I could have tried a gluten free version, maybe something to add eventually…? My sushi was exquisite and artfully presented. The executive chef made special tiny tobiko sushi for my eight year old son and we were so delighted! The ingredient quality and attention to detail was exceptional. Thank you for a wonderful fusion dining experience! I definitely recommend!

The staff are all welcoming, pleasant, and kind. The atmosphere is calming and chic, exactly the space NoCo needed!! There are some wonderful cocktails, my favorite being the House Rules Martini, and the nonalcoholic Leaf Peeper special. Everything I’ve tried on both visits has been great, and I cannot wait to see this restaurant continue to grow and flourish here in the valley. I really recommend the beef tatake as a starter or the gyoza, and the vegan curry for a meal. Filling and flavorful, the sushi is also incredible. The staff are also helpful regarding allergies and dietary issues.

Beautiful restraunt! Staff was very warm and welcoming. We came for my daughters birthday. She is a picky eater. We were pleasantly surprised at how much she enjoyed her meal!! We ordered several sushi rolls, ramen bowls and Japanese curry. Flavors were spot on. Plenty of vegan and vegetarian options as well. Would definitely recommend for family or even as a great date night spot. Thank you Sushki for a wonderful birthday dinner experience for my family.

North conway needed this spot! The food and flavors are incredible, unique and fresh. We ordered a bunch of sushi, ramen, gyoza and drinks. We loved it all! The owners and staff are the sweetest. All over delicious experience, in a nice atmosphere. The gyoza was pan seared with a delicious crust. Ramen bowl, with lots of options. We had classic noodles, tonkotsu broth, charsu pork with soft egg. Pork belly small plate had wonderful flavor, husband said it’s the best he’s had. And two really tasty sushi rolls, crunch and rainbow. There is some minor finishing work atheistically to the space needed, but a very nice start for a restaurant that just opened. Had some timing issues getting the food out. Will be trying it again.

Wonderful atmosphere and the food is amazing! We went back a second night during our stay in Conway. Anthony waited on us both evenings as.was above and beyond. GF (gluten free) options and very knowledgeable about food allergies. Highly recommend!

The presentation of our sushi, all the way down to the glassware were elegant. In addition to the exceptional sushi, Sushki also offers mouthwatering appetizers, exceptional ramen and a matcha cheesecake that is complementary to the main courses.
