A fun sushi train and menu is available. Everything tasted fresh. This place was excellent. The options are great. The service was awesome, plenty of seating, and she was very polite and attentive. The dessert menu is Exciting. I got donuts after sushi, heaven. The only thing I’d change is ordering a deep fried California roll. It was not good for my taste buds like warm.

So I came here tonight with my wife who due to a shellfish allergy had never been able to eat seafood. Only recently have we been exploring seafood and narrowed down exactly what she can safely eat. Let me tell you, the staff here was so friendly, welcoming and accommodating, helping her to choose items she can safely eat and offering substitutions to make more options available to her and even preparing her food on a cutting board just for her to prevent cross contamination. Such a great experience and definetly a place we will return to in the very near future!

The new owner has made this place x10 better than it used to be. Fresher ingredients, better taste, new items on the menu constantly, and the staff is so fun and friendly! The inside is decorated so well, keeping the original sea-themed mural and adding more decore to liven up the atmosphere. Its extremely clean as well and constantly being cleaned as customers are in and out quickly! The chefs do a fantastic job making each plate look delicious, especially the care and effort making the sashimi platters look beautiful. This has been my go-to sushi spot for the last few years now, and as delicious as the food is, the enthusiastic and kind service from all the staff is why I keep coming back. I recommend this place to everyone I know, and not a single person has been disappointed in the slightest!!

Best sushi around for the price! Hand down I’m coming back here over a lot of the other sushi options. I’m picky with my sushi I’ve been eating for almost 30 years. So yes this place is well worth it. I agree with the other reviews the new owner is doing a great job and the employees are well trained. The chicken skewers are delicious, miso soup was generous, simple Cali roll but well done and not too small. The cucumber salad has a good vinegar and I like the seafood on top!

vibes are great and service was good. maybe it was just thr time of day but a lot of hot items on the line were cold and I imagine it was just because it was slow when we came in. if this happens and you want something fresh you can order it directly. would come again but during a busier time

What a gem! This restaurant has been under my nose for my whole life and I’ve just gone for the first time. The owner Jamie was lovely to talk with. Food was fast and the service was friendly and always bopping. So very nice! I’ll be coming back!

Ever since this place got new owners it’s been popping up on my feed, and the food has looked really good. I honestly haven’t been here since highschool (over 10 years ago) because it used to be gross. But it has completely changed!
Service was great. I was checked on frequently and the people working were very friendly and quick.
Sushi was good, I was excited to try the Tokyo roll and it didn’t disappoint. Everything else I had was equally as good.
I’m happy this place is finally a decent sushi spot.
Also loved the music selection, I left there jamming out to old school Backstreet Boys

I’m updating my review because the new owners have really turned this restaurant around! The customer service was excellent, my mixed tempura came within minutes of ordering – which used to take 20 – 30 minutes. My husband enjoyed the calamari and miso soup among other sushi selections. We met the new owner, Jamy. She was very personable and explained some of the ways she gives back to the employees to make it fun to come to work. The food was delicious! I encourage you to support this local Gresham business and enjoy a good meal. There are choices for both sushi lovers and non-sushi lovers.

They looked like they were short-staffed. If someone had at least acknowledged us and let us know that they’re understaffed then we would have been willing to wait longer. There’s normally a clipboard to sign in. There was no clipboard. The food is on a circular conveyor. The selections were sparse as we only saw one chef making the sushi plates.

We live super close to our favorite go-to sushi place; Sushiville. The food is always delicious, and the service is usually pretty good as well. Cool painting on the ceiling, I would always dream of being on of the mermaids up there…
