I was a bit disappointed with this place. We ordered two $120 sets and a few drinks for three people, as I personally wasn’t very hungry. The food looked beautiful when it arrived, but the portions were quite small, and for me the dishes were too spicy. However, I really liked the drinks.

What confused us was the billing. We specifically asked for two sets, but the server kept bringing plates meant to be shared among all three of us, which made us think everything was part of the two sets we ordered. In the end, when we asked for the check, we were charged as if we had ordered three sets. The total bill came to around $450 for three people, not including tip.

My friends actually enjoyed the food a lot, so I would give the food 4 stars. But spending $450 and still leaving hungry — along with the confusion about the order and the bill — left a disappointing impression.

I would also like to express my appreciation to the lady in the restroom who kept everything clean and handed out towels to dry hands. She was very attentive and kind, and her work did not go unnoticed!

I come to Vegas every year I’ve been coming for the last 11 years and this is one of the spots that my friends always tell me that I should go to and I finally decided to this year. I went with a buddy and we tried about 50 different things on the menu not joking. It was so incredible every single thing great service we got treated like kings. Nick was amazing and really suggests that you should go check this out. If you haven’t checked it out you’re really missing out. The ambience is awesome. The service is great. They’re quick. They’re very attentive. What are you doing reading this you really should just go eat sushi right now. Seriously stop reading this.

We stopped by SushiSamba before the Backstreet Boys concert and had a fantastic experience from start to finish. We were pleasantly surprised at how easy it was to get a table, especially with the pre-concert crowd.

One of the biggest highlights was discovering they have a kids menu, totally unexpected and very appreciated for a family night out. The food was absolutely delicious across the board, beautifully presented and full of flavor.

Huge shout-out to our servers, Andy and Colt, who were spot on all night: friendly, attentive, and perfectly timed despite the busy atmosphere. This was the perfect pre-concert dinner and we’ll definitely be back.

I had the opportunity to visit SUSHISAMBA over the weekend while I was in Las Vegas for the Backstreet Boys concert, and it was truly an incredible experience. I had never seen such a seamless fusion of Japanese cuisine blended with Brazilian flavors and Peruvian influences all in one place. The concept is unique, and it’s beautifully executed. The service was attentive and welcoming, and the food delivered both in flavor and quality. Every dish felt thoughtfully prepared, and the quality to price ratio was absolutely worth it. If you’re looking to explore Brazilian, Japanese, and Peruvian flavors in one vibrant setting, this is definitely a place I would return to again and again for a different and exciting touch to the palate.

SUSHISAMBA delivered an exceptional dining experience from start to finish. The service was personable, attentive, and truly impressive. My specific allergy needs (celiac) were handled with genuine care and importance—not an inconvenience. Our server, Caroline, was knowledgeable and thoughtful. She made the entire experience seamless – guiding us through signature cocktails, sake, spirits, suggestions for main courses, and complimentary dessert options.

We were especially appreciative when the General Manager, Phil You, stopped by and graciously shared a few complimentary dishes that were packed with incredible flavor. They paired beautifully with our main course selections. We left fully satisfied and genuinely grateful for the variety, creativity, and care throughout the evening. This restaurant was recommended to us by Diana R., a SUSHISAMBA employee whom we met on an airplane! I’m grateful that she shared with us, as it exceeded every expectation.

An unforgettable dining experience – Stunning vibes & incredible sushi~~
I cannot say enough good things about my experience at SUSHISAMBA! From the moment we walked in, we were blown away by the atmosphere. The restaurant itself is absolutely beautiful—the decor is vibrant, colorful, and creates such a cool energy for the evening.
The food was just as impressive as the interior. We ordered a variety of rolls, and the presentation was art on a plate. The fish was incredibly fresh, and the flavors were unique and delicious (especially the roll with the crispy toppings!).
To top it all off, the service was fantastic. Our server was attentive, friendly, and made sure we had a great time. If you are looking for a spot that combines great vibes with amazing food, this is it. Highly recommended!

SUSHISAMBA – The Palazzo, Las Vegas
SUSHISAMBA inside The Palazzo is a great spot whether you’re looking to grab a quick bite and cocktails or sit down for a full dining experience. The restaurant offers multiple happy hours throughout the day and night, so it’s definitely worth taking advantage of those deals.
The drinks are amazing, well-balanced, creative, and beautifully presented, while the food is absolutely delicious, blending Japanese, Brazilian, and Peruvian influences perfectly. Kelly, our bartender, was outstanding! She took great care of us, made excellent recommendations, and ensured our experience was top-notch from start to finish. Intimate dinner between the great service, excellent food, and inviting atmosphere, SUSHISAMBA is a must-visit in The Palazzo for anyone looking for good vibes and flavorful bites.

We came here primarily for drinks. The service was professional. There was a 20 min wait for a table, but we grabbed a spot at the bar without any wait. I ordered a “Mango Batida” cocktail along with “Salmon Seviche” and loved how beautifully everything was presented. That said, I found the drink and food too sour for my taste, and the miso soup was overly salty. Nevertheless, we enjoyed the atmosphere and charming decor of the restaurant.

Here’s a polished and more eloquent version for your Google review — still honest, but with a smoother flow:

We enjoyed a lovely lunch at Samba Sushi while strolling through the Grand Canal Shoppes. Since it wasn’t too busy, we were greeted and seated right away. Our server arrived promptly with water and menus, kindly explaining the specials and giving us time to browse an impressive list of house cocktails (and mocktails). There were so many creative options to choose from, but we ultimately went with the Mango Grove and the Chipotle Pepper — both delicious choices.

As we waited for our drinks, we explored the two menus available: a Chef’s Tasting Menu and the regular à la carte offerings. Since we weren’t quite hungry enough for a full tasting experience, we chose the à la carte route and ordered a King Crab California Roll, a Spicy Tuna Roll, and the Chef’s Choice 7-piece nigiri. The portions were generous and more than enough for two to share.

Our food arrived quickly, and from our seats we could watch the sushi chefs working skillfully behind the counter. The fish and vegetables were fresh, the rolls well-executed, and we enjoyed our meal with a second round of cocktails. Presentation wasn’t particularly memorable, but that would be the only critique.

Service was friendly, though our server got swept up by a large tour group right after taking our order, so we didn’t see him quite as often as we might have otherwise. Even so, he made sure we had what we needed.

Overall, pricing felt reasonable, and the earthy, moody atmosphere added to the experience. We’re glad we stopped in — and we’d happily return.
