Had a great experience at Shushino Mexican Roll Restaurant! The food was amazing and very unique such a creative mix of flavors. Everything we tried was fresh and delicious. We ordered take out & it did not disappoint! From left to right the Cielo mar y Tierra roll, the fresón roll & the last 2 on the right are the carnívoro rolls. The waffle fries were some of the best I’ve had & all the rolls & fries were enhanced by their special soy sauce & chipotle cream (tdf). I couldn’t pick my fave but if you’re a meat fan go for the carnívoro & if a seafood fan I’d choose the fresón.

We walked in 30 min before closing (thought we had more time). Front desk gent was very kind about it! Food came out great as I was afraid it was the end-of-night leftovers. The presentation felt very high end. Horchata was on point. Highly recommend the carnivore roll! Will definitely be going back.

The food is always fresh, flavorful, and satisfying every single time. The wings are incredible, the rolls are amazing, and everything truly delivers. And the jamaica deserves its own moment because I am fully obsessed. It is perfectly refreshing and balances the meal so well.
On top of the delicious food, the owner is genuinely one of the kindest people. You can feel the heart behind the business, and it makes the experience even better. Great service, great energy, and consistently amazing food.

The Mexican sushi here is absolutely delicious! The Carnivore roll is loaded with steak, cheese, and tons of flavor, definitely a must try. The Fresón roll was also super tasty and refreshing. I love that they offer aguas frescas like horchata and jamaica, which pair perfectly with the food. They also have sodas, Arizona iced tea, and water, so there’s something for everyone. Great spot for unique and flavorful sushi
